@negi358 this is not the original FEAR game..it's an expansion pack for the game with a different story..there are 2 expansion packs for the original game, this one and Extraction Point...and in both you die.but in original game, yes you get to the chopper :)

the ending is that you are promoted and the Chen in te helli is actually his spirit... at the end there is this guy who tries to get Alma's DNA but U recover it.. the bad news is that they get Fettel's dna , which means that somebody is going to continue the production of soldier clones.. lets remember that Armcham is an industry which builds weapons-. that is why they are obsessed with making telepathic clone soldiers.

The game needs more explaining.. if I had done it, it would be better.

Children are conventional in horror themed media, especially very young female children. The ghost of a little girl whispering in your ear and killing entire teams of enemies by liquifying their flesh is much more scary then some slasher or a monster.

first of all, FEAR, Extraction Point, and FEAR 2 have all scared the crap outa me. Perseus Mandate didn't. Second, how do you get that ending? I got the one where you and Raynes have to fight all the replica dudes until the helicopter arrives. You see Chen sitting in the helicopter as Raynes says something about a new lieutanant, and you watch Chen disappear in black smoke.

Well, actually the ending is more like Raynes informs you that you will probably be promoted to captain and that Chen would be proud, but with Chen collapsing into black ashes, it's implied that he's disappointed in you, which makes sense seeing as you were with him when he was killed.

I remember that scene although i also know the version with the helicoptre... I think this "ending" shown in that video was a bit earlier in the game when someone wanted you to think that "chen" is dead, actually he is, but you see him in the helicopter to think : "man hell, he got here too, thought he was dead" and suddenly he dissapeares...
