sean i remember when you posted this on the old tqt forum. i've watched this video for years when ever i want to feel terrible about myself as a guitarist. -krail
I first heard "Drawn and Quartered" just a few days ago, but I immediately liked what I heard, and have found myself going back to listen to it over and again. After having watched this video, and having seen the focus it takes to play this song, I'd say that it has easily become one of my favorite songs, and I don't normally even listen to metal; I was just looking around to expand my tastes a little and liked this song the best out of about twenty other albums.
lol okay im gonna have to say dragonforce is equal to Tourniquet considering i was hearing
2 guitars as one on DragonForce - Through the Fire and Flames vid. but!! 3:22 is start of a nice dualing guitar sequence for the vid :D P.S. I like terminalh hope he plays more songs for us.
oh shit man, you freakin rule I'd say your talent on guitar is just a year or two beyond my talent on drums. I like your own versions of the picked parts, some were better than the track. I need you down here in south texas man, you're so badass. I bet you got a band, huh?
I remember seeing this video on the musicanforums like 2 or 3 years ago. It inspired me so much, along with the others you posted(under a glass moon, home). I've come a long way since then(check out my videos)! Hope your tendonitus is doing better.
Oh and do you have a tab for this? I love the way you play it.
I like it! And that is rare for me to think that about people's interpretations of songs. You are a great guitarist. I see you have a traditional grip on the guitar which is rare among non-pro guitarists. Are you in a music school?
i saw this video a couple of years ago, and its what got me into touniquet... then i realised why i like the song so much... MARTY FRIENDMAN what a guy
Dang wow. Tourniquet is so underrated in everyway. One of the most talented bands in ther genre (which is unique). You nailed this song, and I like your interpretation @ the very end. Moth and Rust makes me want to learn guitar every time I listen to it! Seeing it played, 10x as bad. Give us more!
That is such amazing guitar work. very well done!!

zaorulesmetal 3 years ago
wow almost as good as the guitarist from dragon force. :)
abba149 4 years ago
He's covering the work of Marty Friedman, who, in my opinion, is better than those Dragonforce guys.
zaorulesmetal 3 years ago
i refering to speed not sound.
i still respect your opinion any way.
abba149 3 years ago
I was referring to speed, as well. It's cool I really don't care I'm a drummer so you should just take what I say with a grain of salt.
