Child poverty is here as the childrens parents put them in this situation. Fags £5+ a pckt, ale, takeouts & widescreen tvs. Families with kids are very well provided for by the state, its just thick parenting which is to blame. Kids will no doubt get school dinners provided, parents will get giro/sick£, rent paid, council tax, prescriptions,dental. The list is bloody endless. Thick parents =child poverty!
