  • I've used HP support twice, and it was very good.

    They charge you about 20 bucks, but that's only if they fix your problem.

    The woman who was helping me with my printer was on the phone with me for about an hour and a half. And she fixed it. 20 bucks for an hour and a half support ... pretty good, I think.

    And, I don't work for HP ... or know anyone affiliated with HP .... I live in the middle of Canada .. just saying, if after-sales service means a lot to you, and it should, give HP a try.

  • Your company seriously needs to stop having Norton Antivirus pre-installed 2 weeks after i bought my hp laptop a Norton update came and the blue screen of death appeared i mailed them and they sent me a full recovery cd but it was only able to get to 36% before the blue screen appeared again lol
