Really, really good effort...there's window problems though...
Try this: mask about 10 pixls along the left eye (red) on the left edge of the video and mack the same ammount of the right (Blue) eye on the right most edge.
This will stop the ghosting on either side and make it look even MORE like it's "in-screen"
You can even do this if you were to output a side-byside version of this and posted it usiong the yt3d player....
