This monologue from 'Wake Up...' is so damn great! Perfect! The audience spoils it a bit, makes it too 'funny'. I hope Deepak has seen this; I showed this to a friend who's into this kind of philosophy and he wouldn't even watch it!
Disregard my prior comment. I have no room to talk, I have never had to manage dealing with public relations as a public figure. My apologies for my less than thoughtful comment.
"We're all peeing and drinking love", I howl whenever I even think of the phrase. My "Pounding nails w/my forehead" CD is one of my most prized possessions, it's a revelation ! Now, if I can get a copy of S,D,Rocknroll, too, then I'll be able to have a Bogosian night of the wk. He once stated, "what, all we had was The Who when I was growing up". With Soundgarden blaring, "Jesus Christ pose!!"..Eric's silouhette thrashes onstage w/ his cane in hand.
Take a moment to stop writing and connect with the people that connect with you. Respond to your emails. Either that or put some money into a Public Relations person. Eric, I respect your work, but your PR blows dog nuts. Please don't take that too harshly or too nicely.
Genius!! As always, you have the uncanny ability to capture and examine what we human beings are. Walking conictions. We are all at once, So serious and yet such jokes. Oceans deep and at the same time as shallow as puddles.

my school did wake up and smell the coffee as a one act for a competition.
I did Harmonious as a monologue.
i did it like an eccentric indian-guru. it was quite awesome.

Not that I don't agree with Deepak, I'm just so profoundly 'alienated'. I also don't have any 'money'.

This is from Wake Up And Smell The Coffee, and hearing it on Youtube is as funny as hearing it on the DVD. Thanks Eric. Keep it up.
