what about the nipple of a hi speed needle where there normal fuel line connects is that a hyper 21 engine i got a hyper 7 with 21 engine and a 2 speed gearbox and ive noticed ive got that tere on my engine with a regular screw in it with a washer behind i thought thats where the boost bottle goes and as i got a 2 speed gearbox i hear it would be better with a boost bottle for top speed. great idea cheap and easy

@97djjosh when the reed valves open and new fuel-air mixture flows into the crank case underpressure is generated inside the bottle. for the short moment when the reeds close the boost bottle will suck fuel inside it and when the reeds open again the fuel inside the boost bottle will also flow into the engine. so the engine gets more fuel-air mixture and increases throttle response and widens the power band in 2-stroke engines. this doesnt really work in rc cars as they dont have reed valves...

This will actually slow down the car. The air and fuel mix that would normally go into the crank when the TB opens will now have to fill the pen before pressurising the crank. Under full load the tube will just pressurise up then the crank case will and only when you lift of will the pressure release but as the TB is closed when you lift of it will act like its running lean and run on. Waste of time bud.

The bottle is empty. When engine is running the bottle gets fuel cause underpressure and at the acceleration the "extrafuel/oxygen" comes from the bottle faster than from carburetor giving a better response, more economy and also it oils better the engine at enginebraking.

Size of bottle and lenght and width of hose determines the RPM-area where bottle helps.

It's also possible to do a bottle which has varying volume to effect at all RPM range.

its just as tough as the pro..... all what i have upgraded is the front steering knuckles to cnc. $35. me and a mate bought 2 together and he hasnt even broken anything at all. the mach 28 engine is pretty average though...... see my latest video for the turbo lrp spec 3 version.

thanks fella. nothing is in the bottle. it works of its own pulses that these engines produce to give the extra power. its like when you fill bottle with petrol then pour the petrol out, then through a match in it. all the energy gets propelled out through the opening and forces it into the combustion area . i have actually made a turbo (fuel injection) set up now. see my other vids to see how to do it.

i use the old school method. keep a little bottle of water and a eye dropper in your toolbox. after running it for a few min place 1 drop of water on the cooling head. it shouldn't sizzle straight off but it shouldn't just sit there either. it should evaporate in around 5 sec. temp guns have too much variation. where in oz r ya?

na, wont work. it will be restricted by the carby. it wont ruin your engine if you keep an eye on the temps. you should always keep an eye on the temps regardless bro.

where does it say turbo?.........this is a boost bottle. completely different dude. this relies on its own pulses to create a bit more kick. the turbo version or i should really say is "forced induction" is on my other vids. its all explaimed in the video fella. cheerio!
