  • I just don't see the point.

Bar Chords sounds aweful anyways. Especially when they are played in a "Rock" song.

Power Chords does the work way better than that ~

Also... Well there's not only "Chords" when you play the guitar, so I guess the title si a little bit confusing when you say a "song" and " should not "

I did some stuff with Guitar Rig in G# ; There was no bar chords, and I liked it so... Yeah, I don't see the point ^^

  • @VintageSH - I think you didnt see or heard that I played open strings with the PC. In this case, neither B or E would sound good. So the point IS: if you hear a song in G# on guitar, probably it is played in 5th position and guitar is downtuned to Eflat.

  • "You need to retune the guitar to play G# with open strings, or use a capo."

Actually this is my way to show a friend that some song she hears in # or b keys are actually guitars tuned down.

  • You need to retune the guitar to play G# with open strings, or use a capo.

Actually, if used in sparse phrasing that dissonant sound could work. You shouldn't play more than one measure of it back to back for too long. Please.

  • LOLOLOL!!!! Great point!

  • guitar out of tune from very 1st chords

  • You have not a minimal idea what is a guitar out of tune.

  • love your guitar tone!

  • Thanks! It´s POD XT Live´s Soldano SLO simulation, direct on board.

  • Perfeita a explanação do Dr. Hugo!
