I think there's a program you can download. I have a keyboard that came with a disk that allows you to download different languages and type them into things but it won't let me do it fo some reason.

Turn on East Asian Input in Regional Settings if you're using XP and you'd need XP Professional 2 Disc or higher, though.

Copy paste is not recommended because it's hard to type it out yourself.. Depending an online translator is useless.
