Did they actually destroy the Blue Fairy unit or is she just dismantled for storage? So sad to see them destroy one of the last original floats from the 2 dimensional electrical parade days.
@Themeparkpioner while the Blue Fairy was in the paradwe in it's 2-d days, her float has actually been 3-d from day 1 in '72. the version that was in the parade before Tink kicked her out, dates all the way back to '77 (although in later years they shortened the back of her dress from what i've heard the moden day version that ran at DCA until January '09 was completerly gutted although i'm sure they still have her drive unit. ibn storage

What an excellent tribute to two of the most classic elements to Disney's Electrical Parade. Being a longtime fan, I will miss both the Blue Fairy and Dumbo's Circus. Great job and thank you!

Yea, she got kicked off by a smaller, annoying fairy. Here's to hoping once the Tinkerbell kick goes away she'll come back! D:
