The reason why the controller is square is because his controller is the Japanese model. The few difference between the controller is that the JPN version has the square edge and, supposedly, a better turntable; while the US version has the round edge and, once again supposedly, better keys. Anyways, nice video and good score on that song. I still have so much trouble just clearing it...
