TO do this select a point of contrast on the wall such as a black dot on a white garage door using the motion tracker box thing. click on the play button in the motion tacking box andthen go to layer/new/null object. go back to the motion tracking box and select edit target and scroll down to (null1). Then go to the blood splat picture and use the pick whip and drag it to the null object layer. Im not very good at explaining this so you should go

If you have action essentials which is very helpful use one of the blood splatters. Youll notice that the picture of splattered blood moves around with the camera. To make it appear as if it is stuck on the wall you will have to motion track your footage by selecting your un rotoscoped footage and

First duplicate your footage and then select your footage in the composition go to the pen tool. with this draw a shape around the body of the person and scroll through frame by frame adjusting your pen tool points. This will key out the body of the person and leave a black background behind him. With the rotoscope footage on top of the original footage place a picture of splattered blood on the wall behind
