  • I love this car, can't wait to drive it.

  • I see that car I actually expect ROBOCOP to get out of it.

  • Dunno... it maybe fuel efficient but the car it self looks expensive as hell.

  • @danshyu The cars they show are the fully decked out ones. Nearly everything, even the lights and bumpers, are optional. Each department will only select the features they need, so they won't waste money on what they don't need. You can even get an optional in-car fridge!

  • This is one sweet ride, fits the purpose! Amen!

  • is it 4WD or AWD ? if its not, i think it should be for winter

  • it's RWD

  • Don't the cops think they should have a 4wd or a awd ? makes scene since there out in all kind of weather

  • maybe....but they like rwd the most.....rwd handles hard cornering better than fwd

  • Ohhhh for sure i agree

  • I'd like to see this thing compete with the Ford Interceptor Concept, the Chevy Impala RWD (comin' next year!), and the updated Dodge Charger (comin' in 2011)...

  • I would like to see that as well tell you the truth, wonder will there be any video of it on you tube when it hapens ?

  • oh I'm sure there'll be video of it in the future....same way as the truck competition of the all new Dodge Ram, Ford F-150, Chevy Silverado, and Toyota Tundra.....

  • Yeah thats true, the chances of it would be really high of someone making a video of it

  • most definitely....but me, I'm rootin' for the Ford Interceptor...it looks like it would make a kick-ass police car...but I'm also enthusiastic about the Chevy Impala goin' to RWD next year, and gettin' an updated look...

  • the year it comes out it will be in the michigan state police tests. they will compare it with other police vehicles and then publish the results. lapd will do the same also.

  • I'd love to have this car at work !

  • that is cool! I wonder what it would do in police pit maneuver's will it damage the car at all?when the car retires will they sell them to pedestrians lol (like they do the old cop cars)

  • According to several articles, this vehicle will remain LEO only for a very long time.

Any PIT is going to do damage, but apparently the front bumperguards are steel leading into the cars frame for added stability and strength.

  • @Rahjahk And the panels can be popped off and replaced like nothing happened.

  • @turbospirites 1. The space frame is made for PITing and the body is actually a collection of replaceable panels that can be popped off. 2. They will either be sold to another department or sent back to the factory to be gutted out and recycled. Pedestrians are not allowed to have these.
