My primary goal is to document what I see in our local skies. This vid's message is indeed more subtle than most, but being an artistic production it may get the attention of viewers who would otherwise avoid the more hardcore activist-style vids. Besides the programs and experiments we know of, I'm sure there are plenty that we don't! Ground-based pollution and commercial aviation have an effect as well (as evidenced by those post 9-11 jet trail studies). No doubt we humans are having some noticeable effects on the atmosphere, in many ways...

I grew up in the 60's and 70's and was in college in the 80's. We never had chemtrails. They have been doing chem trails for so long and misleading the population especially anyone under 40 yrs old that you all dont know what real skies used to look like or what contrails really look like vs chemtrails. I can remember seeing a few back in the 70s, but nothing like we are seeing now. Something is definitely different. Fortunately for us in the desert southwest US there are still times in the summer when we go for months with 100% clear blue sky, but this is apparently not so for other areas.

You're not kidding! According to the FAA, there are around 7000 aircraft in the sky at any given time. We get tons of air traffic here every day - it really shows in my day and night footage. The jet trails on the other hand are quite variable. Some days the sky is packed with them while other times (usually in summer) there's nothing whatsoever for weeks on end even though the planes are still up there.

Well done video. Contrails are interesting to watch. Time laps synced with the music was very well done.... Ironically, (for you perhaps) this video caused me to highly question chemtrails. In this video I saw very little spreading of the trails into full blown clouding of the sky. Only slight dissipation.
Where I live contrails only linger in the sky when the weather is just right, and that is a short span every year during the same few months.
We have the same thing here. Summers are dry and high pressure dominates. We go for months with no trails at all. In cooler months trails can completely cover the sky. While contaminates and fuel additives may exist in jet exhaust, after time lapse filming thousands of trails it's clear to me that commercial air traffic is the primary source, and weather plays a huge role in trail longevity. I just started hearing about the chemtrail theories recently and have one question that I haven't heard answered - who is spreading these, and more specifically with what planes? It can't be passenger jets or anything, and the FAA tracks every plane in the sky. How do you justify 'mystery planes' spreading these 'chemicals'? Is it chemicals or metals? If anyone can help me out please reply to this so I know that someone responded, thanks.

IMHO, It makes more sense that commercial aircraft (airliners, cargo, etc.) make trails from combustion gases, water, and whatever else might be in the fuel. Barium, Aluminum, etc. are possible additives/contaminates, even in a non-conspiracy situation, and could encourage long-lasting trails. It's Interesting stuff to study...

No prob - this is some interesting info. Aluminum posioning should be no big surprise to anyone - it's everywhere! Food containers, anti-perspirants, even handling aluminum objects can leave aluminum oxide on the skin which can be absorbed or inadvertantly eaten, wiped into eyes, etc. I've heard that potassium-rich foods/supplements are good antidotes for aluminum (and other metal) posionings. Barium is also used in tile/glass manufacturing, as well as fireworks and anti-fungals. :-S

For real undisputable contrail science from NASA check the description of my chemtrail recording at watch?v=S7kb98uGAAk. Basically it is impossible for contrails to form above -40C and below 55% humidity. In the best conditions contrails persist for about a minute. A balance with nature is achieved Persistent, spreading contrails are a LIE.

If weather had nothing to do with these " contrails" and they were chemicals or powders , then why is it they do not all deliver the same performance. Why do some disappear instantly, some last 1, 5 ,10, 20, 30 minutes, some last for hours ? Dots and dashes ? All of these things are consistent with weather and atmospheric conditions and make perfect sense. But NO sense whatsoever with the chemtrail theories .

The evidence so far suggests most trails are just water vapor doing what it normally does in a cold upper troposphere; with trail size/duration resulting from atmospheric conditions (just like all clouds), not chemical content.
Chemtrails actually do exist (I have a vid of one), although they're mostly made by solid rocket motors (which burn aluminum/chemical mixes) and rare weather experiments from planes. Still, physical sampling/hard study are needed to prove/disprove anything. =)
Where I live in Australia, we used to see contrails all the time back in the 70's... my "town" is now a city. All those flights, that used to pass over our insignificant town, now have a reason to stop as we are now a city of 1.5 million with a thriving economy.
No more contrails for us. Now if they were chemtrails, they would still be there, because they would purposefully fly aircraft at altitude the keep the "spraying" going. But they aren't.

Indeed I have noticed a strong correlation between upper atmospheric humidity and trail persistence. I've also been watching NOAA's water vapor satellite loop and have seen nearly perfect correlation between moist atmosphere and heavy trail days. Here in the desert, we go for many weeks during summer without any trails at all, and the super dry atmosphere seems to be the main reason.

I *almost* know how that feels - there are summer months here in the desert when trails are non-existant - clear blue sky for days on end. Then during the colder/more humid months the sky is choked with all varieties of them. Of course being near 4 major airports and several military bases probably bumps-up the odds of heavy trail days! I am near Yosemite and noticed these a yr ago. Suddenly there is change! From late Oct thru April is when I see them. maybe a couple from May thru Sept. When you have contrails and chemtrails simultaineously you know the chemtrail is wrong. People out here do not want to hear about this. I only get odd looks. I go to the Fresno Airport every week and NEVER have i seen one of these. They come from the South (edwards?) or North Military bases.Never an Airport. They have nothing to do with TWA,etc.
You'll usually see more further from airports since planes need to be over 25,000' to leave trails. There are also many along FAA-directed flight paths/corridors too. I visited Palmdale Center (air traffic control) a number of years back - it was fascinating... People sitting around large radar displays told all air traffic (including military flights outside of military airspace) exactly where/how high to fly. Flight paths and trails are very predictable here near L.A. Interesting stuff!

Yea, I guess I DO do it on purpose. ;] During the 2 years of shooting the footage for this vid I made up the music in my head. When it was time to put it all together I knew exactly what I wanted it to sound like but that's the hard part for me - I don't write music like conventional artists (I have no clue how to) so it took me nearly 3 weeks to get it recorded. This was also my first attempt at composing a cinematic-type soundtrack score. Hopefully more to come :-)
There's about 2 years-worth of work in this one. I selected the best clips from all the timelapse video I shot during that time. The music took about 3 weeks to write (movie score-type music was a new endeaver for me!) Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment :D

Jet trails probably do modify weather to some degree, and are definitely pollution, even if only water vapor, CO2 and carbon particulates.
However, they also make the atmosphere's complex movements visible, and if combined with different lighting, the patterns can have an artistic quality to them, too. I guess it just depends on your point of view.
I think most if not all of the money used to make them is from airline tickets. Just stop flying the friendly skies to get rid of them!
I can say with 100% certainty that MOST trails are left by commercial jets; ALL aviation kerocene-burning jet trails are composed of at LEAST CO2, water vapor and particulates; and that those 3 ingredients can leave short and/or long-lasting trails, depending on atmospheric conditions.
I CAN'T say with 100% certainty that other (subversive) ingredients don't exist; only that IMHO, it's very unlikely. Actual samples need to be taken to know for sure exactly what's in any given trail. 8]

Hmmm Interesting point of view. So far, it seems that this video has done just the opposite by having opened a lot of eyes to what goes on overhead. Many viewers are familar with jet trails and have already made-up their minds about contrails vs. chemtrails, while "newbies" are often inspired to go learn more. In any case, most people agree that jet trails are yet another form of pollution, whether they're simple petroleum exhaust/particulates and water vapor, or something more subversive. 8|

Interestingly, we just ended a 6-week-long hot and dry spell here in southern California with NO jet trails at all. It was almost weird seeing clear, bright blue sky for so long. I'm planning future sequels - hopefully with better footage and if YouTube manages it - better quality playback, too! I'm shooting a lot of footage in HD now, which is what Discovery and NatGeo are moving to, so maybe there's hope for some mainstream exposure at some point. My primary goal is to document what I see in our local skies. This vid's message is indeed more subtle than most, but being an artistic production it may get the attention of viewers who would otherwise avoid the more hardcore activist-style vids. Besides the programs and experiments we know of, I'm sure there are plenty that we don't! Ground-based pollution and commercial aviation have an effect as well (as evidenced by those post 9-11 jet trail studies). No doubt we humans are having some noticeable effects on the atmosphere, in many ways...

I grew up in the 60's and 70's and was in college in the 80's. We never had chemtrails. They have been doing chem trails for so long and misleading the population especially anyone under 40 yrs old that you all dont know what real skies used to look like or what contrails really look like vs chemtrails. Guess what they won if you believe the so called Nasa explanation. God help us all.

I can remember seeing a few back in the 70s, but nothing like we are seeing now. Something is definitely different. Fortunately for us in the desert southwest US there are still times in the summer when we go for months with 100% clear blue sky, but this is apparently not so for other areas.

Uhm... Guys, it's just airplanes... There's just a lot of them. Of course the sky will be "marked" by the heavy traffic.
Just visit one of our many, many airports and you'll see what I mean...

You're not kidding! According to the FAA, there are around 7000 aircraft in the sky at any given time. We get tons of air traffic here every day - it really shows in my day and night footage. The jet trails on the other hand are quite variable. Some days the sky is packed with them while other times (usually in summer) there's nothing whatsoever for weeks on end even though the planes are still up there.
It's fascinating to watch their interaction with the atmosphere. Thanks for watching!

Well done video. Contrails are interesting to watch. Time laps synced with the music was very well done.... Ironically, (for you perhaps) this video caused me to highly question chemtrails. In this video I saw very little spreading of the trails into full blown clouding of the sky. Only slight dissipation.
Where I live contrails only linger in the sky when the weather is just right, and that is a short span every year during the same few months.

We have the same thing here. Summers are dry and high pressure dominates. We go for months with no trails at all. In cooler months trails can completely cover the sky. While contaminates and fuel additives may exist in jet exhaust, after time lapse filming thousands of trails it's clear to me that commercial air traffic is the primary source, and weather plays a huge role in trail longevity. My stock footage channel has many more examples of trail/cloud activity. Thanks for watching!

I just started hearing about the chemtrail theories recently and have one question that I haven't heard answered - who is spreading these, and more specifically with what planes? It can't be passenger jets or anything, and the FAA tracks every plane in the sky. How do you justify 'mystery planes' spreading these 'chemicals'? Is it chemicals or metals? If anyone can help me out please reply to this so I know that someone responded, thanks.

Indeed, a mystery fleet big enough to account for all the trails seen worldwide would be impossible to cover up, and extremely expensive to operate.
IMHO, It makes more sense that commercial aircraft (airliners, cargo, etc.) make trails from combustion gases, water, and whatever else might be in the fuel. Barium, Aluminum, etc. are possible additives/contaminates, even in a non-conspiracy situation, and could encourage long-lasting trails. It's Interesting stuff to study...

No prob - this is some interesting info. Aluminum posioning should be no big surprise to anyone - it's everywhere! Food containers, anti-perspirants, even handling aluminum objects can leave aluminum oxide on the skin which can be absorbed or inadvertantly eaten, wiped into eyes, etc. I've heard that potassium-rich foods/supplements are good antidotes for aluminum (and other metal) posionings. Barium is also used in tile/glass manufacturing, as well as fireworks and anti-fungals. :-S

For real undisputable contrail science from NASA check the description of my chemtrail recording at watch?v=S7kb98uGAAk. Basically it is impossible for contrails to form above -40C and below 55% humidity. In the best conditions contrails persist for about a minute. A balance with nature is achieved Persistent, spreading contrails are a LIE.

If weather had nothing to do with these " contrails" and they were chemicals or powders , then why is it they do not all deliver the same performance. Why do some disappear instantly, some last 1, 5 ,10, 20, 30 minutes, some last for hours ? Dots and dashes ? All of these things are consistent with weather and atmospheric conditions and make perfect sense. But NO sense whatsoever with the chemtrail theories .

One thing for sure - I have documented so many variations in jet trails' formation and longevity that it's impossible to account for them all simply by their composition. The atmospheric conditions at various altitudes are absolutely major factors in the equation. :-)

The government freely admits to cloud seeding, and that, I personally think is something they should not mess with. I think that is as far as it goes, all the other, people just looking up and creating a theory to go with what they see, with no logic . If you watch closely in your area, the relationship between contrails and cirrus clouds is so obvious it is undeniable that they are ice crystals that linger because of temp. and air saturation, the closer to the cirrus, the longer they linger.

I will give you a clue, Watch the sky in your area and you will notice CONTRAILS appear with weather fronts and around thunderstorms, and 95% of the time you see contrails you will see cirrus clouds or if you see cirrus clouds , you will see contrails..............because the same conditions cause both, it is called air saturation and they are ice crystals, its as simple as that.

The evidence so far suggests most trails are just water vapor doing what it normally does in a cold upper troposphere; with trail size/duration resulting from atmospheric conditions (just like all clouds), not chemical content.
Chemtrails actually do exist (I have a vid of one), although they're mostly made by solid rocket motors (which burn aluminum/chemical mixes) and rare weather experiments from planes. Still, physical sampling/hard study are needed to prove/disprove anything. =)

Where I live in Australia, we used to see contrails all the time back in the 70's... my "town" is now a city. All those flights, that used to pass over our insignificant town, now have a reason to stop as we are now a city of 1.5 million with a thriving economy.
No more contrails for us. Now if they were chemtrails, they would still be there, because they would purposefully fly aircraft at altitude the keep the "spraying" going. But they aren't.

I tend to agree... The facts suggest jet trail behavior is more related to interactions with a wide range of atmospheric conditions, rather than chemical composition.
We know weather-mod experiments exist, but are probably quite rare (and expensive). We also know jet exhaust is mostly water vapor, with CO2, and carbon particulates. There are plenty of commercial flights pumping 50+ GPM of water into a sub-zero atmosphere to cause all the trails we see. Still, more data is needed... 8-]

yes and most do not realize the connection with contrails and cirrus clouds. Cirrus clouds are a visible indication of a saturated upper troposphere , cirrus clouds are ice crystals and if you watch the sky, when cirrus comes in, contrails come with them, they are the same thing. It is too obvious to ignore .
Or just check out all the chemtrail videos, they are all loaded with cirrus clouds, yet no one seems to notice this, because none of the chempeople understand the weather, it

Indeed I have noticed a strong correlation between upper atmospheric humidity and trail persistence. I've also been watching NOAA's water vapor satellite loop and have seen nearly perfect correlation between moist atmosphere and heavy trail days. Here in the desert, we go for many weeks during summer without any trails at all, and the super dry atmosphere seems to be the main reason.

I am not asking anyone to " believe" me.
1. Make yourself familiar with different types of cirrus clouds and cirrostratus clouds , , so you can recognize them easily. 2. When you see cirrus clouds or cirrostratus clouds , you will always see all types of contrails , . If there are no cirrus or cirrostratus clouds? you will see no contrails of any type . " the difference between a theory and " Truth " is you don't have to believe the truth , you can SEE it , and it never contradicts itself.

Come on artman. Mankind can mimic a cloud form, even cirrus or strato.
That's the reality of the truth. The reality of the truth is their r plenty of conchemtrails with absolutely no clouds in the sky as well. N the reality that the conchemtrails become the cloud formations You wouldn't even be able to say with a straight face that the so called contrails
in this video are even at a high altitude
to be anywhere near ability of ice crystal
formation to be the cause.

That's fine. I don't need a reply. I think people who r dumb enough not to look up in the sky for themselves after numerous people have pointed them in the right direction, well I guess they get what they deserve. Especially if they haven't even got the guts enough to put in the tags chemtrails n the state they live in, just so they know which direction to look to in the sky for their additional proof.

I *almost* know how that feels - there are summer months here in the desert when trails are non-existant - clear blue sky for days on end. Then during the colder/more humid months the sky is choked with all varieties of them. Of course being near 4 major airports and several military bases probably bumps-up the odds of heavy trail days! I am near Yosemite and noticed these a yr ago. Suddenly there is change! From late Oct thru April is when I see them. maybe a couple from May thru Sept. When you have contrails and chemtrails simultaineously you know the chemtrail is wrong. People out here do not want to hear about this. I only get odd looks. I go to the Fresno Airport every week and NEVER have i seen one of these. They come from the South (edwards?) or North Military bases.Never an Airport. They have nothing to do with TWA,etc.

You'll usually see more further from airports since planes need to be over 25,000' to leave trails. There are also many along FAA-directed flight paths/corridors too. I visited Palmdale Center (air traffic control) a number of years back - it was fascinating... People sitting around large radar displays told all air traffic (including military flights outside of military airspace) exactly where/how high to fly. Flight paths and trails are very predictable here near L.A. Interesting stuff!

Yea, I guess I DO do it on purpose. ;] During the 2 years of shooting the footage for this vid I made up the music in my head. When it was time to put it all together I knew exactly what I wanted it to sound like but that's the hard part for me - I don't write music like conventional artists (I have no clue how to) so it took me nearly 3 weeks to get it recorded. This was also my first attempt at composing a cinematic-type soundtrack score. Hopefully more to come :-)

There's about 2 years-worth of work in this one. I selected the best clips from all the timelapse video I shot during that time. The music took about 3 weeks to write (movie score-type music was a new endeaver for me!) Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment :D

Jet trails probably do modify weather to some degree, and are definitely pollution, even if only water vapor, CO2 and carbon particulates.
However, they also make the atmosphere's complex movements visible, and if combined with different lighting, the patterns can have an artistic quality to them, too. I guess it just depends on your point of view.
I think most if not all of the money used to make them is from airline tickets. Just stop flying the friendly skies to get rid of them!

I can say with 100% certainty that MOST trails are left by commercial jets; ALL aviation kerocene-burning jet trails are composed of at LEAST CO2, water vapor and particulates; and that those 3 ingredients can leave short and/or long-lasting trails, depending on atmospheric conditions.
I CAN'T say with 100% certainty that other (subversive) ingredients don't exist; only that IMHO, it's very unlikely. Actual samples need to be taken to know for sure exactly what's in any given trail. 8]

That Lenticular cloud was pretty cool, wasn't it? I watched and filmed it for several hours, and even got the thing forming from the start (see the raw "UFO" Lenticular cloud clips on my jcmdistockfootage channel for more) :D

Hmmm Interesting point of view. So far, it seems that this video has done just the opposite by having opened a lot of eyes to what goes on overhead. Many viewers are familar with jet trails and have already made-up their minds about contrails vs. chemtrails, while "newbies" are often inspired to go learn more. In any case, most people agree that jet trails are yet another form of pollution, whether they're simple petroleum exhaust/particulates and water vapor, or something more subversive. 8|

At THIS point in time it seems like the only place you might find conditions like THAT is maybe in Antarctica... Maybe... if you're lucky.
Interestingly, we just ended a 6-week-long hot and dry spell here in southern California with NO jet trails at all. It was almost weird seeing clear, bright blue sky for so long. Today, a low pressure system moved in with lots of high clouds and the jet trails came back along with it. Oh well. Thanks for watching and commenting :-)

Thanks so much for that! I did put a lot of effort into that soundtrack (about 3 weeks). I'm planning future sequels - hopefully with better footage and if YouTube manages it - better quality playback, too! I'm shooting a lot of footage in HD now, which is what Discovery and NatGeo are moving to, so maybe there's hope for some mainstream exposure at some point.
