I've definately seen that before.
I saw a few on the ground in karkand and i shot them all.
And one other time on karkand there were like 40 or 50 of tehm falling from the sky. Def hackers though.

def a hack, 1 extra UAV running,not counting the fact that it drops out the air. And I noticed in the Background how slow the vehicle drop was over behind the building. Vehicles drop slow enough, but not that damn slow

Dont know what a sandbox mod is but this happened on a ranked/punkbuster server during normal play. I used the battle recorder to make this.
