It is no doubt by looking at this video that this man was assassinated. Look at the crew, they dont look like presidential crew members, but rather, they look like professional mecinaries, and contracted killers. @Generalidibabu yes he did. It was part of a deal. If Museveni would make sure that Garang would get an "accident" than Bashir in return would stop sheltering and arming the LRA and expell them from Sudan. And so they did.
