Si Randel ang nagsugot ug innovate og revive ug balik sa sarok flipping, diadtong gepajoin ang Surigao last time sa Sinulog 2002 og 2004, in which we landed 3rd and 4rth. Ug ge apply niya ang flipping choreography sa contengent sa camiguin in Sinulog 2006 na maoy nuchampion ato nga year.flipping is originally sa Surigao ge adopt lang sa lain although I admit na ang sarok cannon formation is sa alikaraw, pero sarok flipping is sa Surigao jud na gkan ug wala pud nagagamit ang surigao ug cannon.

i think what sinulog lacks is its Original Identity... for the past 5 years of watching sinulog parang same lang lahat... lahat ng contingents me bilao, recycled steps, flipping of the bilao, pamaypay and the moving around of the props... for me its a like a field demonstration... and i have to agree sana naman contingents from other places would create new costume and props for the sinulog presentation...

And also, if your problem is that the Sinulog is dwindling, let it be..that probably is the natural course of things, to die, eventually.
