If nothing else Occupy started this conversation and the Judge just finished it. Wow America.....Wow. The is no hiding any of these truths now. The question is what do We the People do next...you can bet the people who have crafted everything the Judge talked about wont go quietly into the night...this is not going to end well.

@joecoool100 With all due respect, Occupy didn't start this conversation. The Judge and many others have been talking about issues like this since long before the Occupy movement was conceived. This particular rant was in response to the Senate's passage of the National Defense Authorization Act, which authorizes the President to violate the US Constitution and detain American citizens indefinitely without a trial.

I know all about NDAA, he tried this same shit for the past two years calling it S3081 McCain and Lieberman's "Enemy Belligerent Law. Look it up. The Judge might have been "talking" about whats going on but he wasnt "doing" anything about it.

How is Judge Napolitano allowed to be on Fox? Especially since Fox promotes all of the fake conservatives running for president? Candidates like: "steal your guns and give you Obamacare" Romney, "forced deadly vaccines" Perry, "annihilate the middle-class with new taxes, Federal Reserve insider" Cain, and now "Cap and Trade, globalist" Gingrich.

If any of these fools get elected it will just be business as usual. The business of wrecking America.
