I cant remember was it you or who, but anyway someone told me that replayseeker and pluging, i'm using it but when i move lets say right with its, the moving isnt so good, its spiky etc etc. You got anyidea what might cause that?

You record all scenes with ½ speed and fastfoward it to 1 with sony vegas?
