She had the letter L and the apostrophe and knew there were no R's. What other word could fit into _'_ _ which doesn't use L's or R's. Once you work out that word the rest just flows. She chose L to eliminate the other possibilities and then it was obvious. Just because everyone else seems to fail at logic.

@nedlitam I don't know any of the people who made other comments on this video clip. Some of them seem to be making suggestions of woman fooling around with presenter and being given the answers. We can only say this may be true and it may not be. When she says "can I solve", the presenter seems to go quiet as if he's thinking "no, you're guessing too soon". Nice warm hug at the end too.

"L" eliminated "I'll" leaving us with "I've got a" immediately. She chose "L" so she could see whether it is "I'll" or "I've" and take it from there. She also had time to think about it while waiting for her turn. She had 20 seconds before her turn and she used that time well.

It's not that difficult really. Considering the first word is most probably I'll or I've, you then move on to the next word, with three letters. Then you consider that after "I've" often comes "got", then you can deduce that its' "I've got a", then with a little thought you can guess "feeling"....So you have I've got a feeling, then insert a four letter adjective...for feeling, most commonly would be "bad" or "good", so "good" fits in well, and then a clever guess you can imagine "about this"

I looked up the story on this.

Instead of focusing on letters, she stuck to thinking of phrases. She could tell that the phrase began with either "I've" or I'll", so she quickly ran through every phrase she could think of that began with "I've" or "I'll" ("I'll have what she's having." "I've had the time of my life" etc.) until she found one that fit.

It's actually very unlikely for someone to cheat since game shows have restrictions in place that make jury duty look tame.
