basically download h t tp://cdn1.worldoftanks.ru/patc­hes/auto/WoT_0.6.7_test_patch.­exe

make a backup of your World Of Tanks folder

install the test update, play on test server, when done with testing , delete WoT and place backed up folder on its place.
