You should not be able to get arrested for it. 2. If your iPod / iPhone screws up because of the jailbreak it is not covered by warranty. IF IT IS A MANUFACTURERS FAULT WARRANTY WILL STILL BE ACTIVE. @GaZZA1907 well first of all you have to jailbreak it. there are many jailbreaks you can use but that depends on your OS. just do that and it will install cydia on your iphone/ ipod touch
