  • Hi i want to know if this can burn the fat on the lower abdomen too. Im having hard time to burn a small layer of fat covering my abs and cardio doesn't help, infact its just losing my muscle.

    Do you take one particular day for this exercise, or do it at the end of the day after weight lifting? Usually what time of day works best? (how long before or after a meal or on an empty stomach). Any advice would be helpful, Thanks.

  • i wouldnt take any credit for this routine i just mean im going to use it in my routine for they gym when i hit the abs. All credit goes to him. Im not the type of person to rip off others creativeness and routines and try to pass them off as my own.

  • if ya want to lose fat your body has to be training for about 20 minutes and burn up all its energy levels before it starts to burn calories and fat! train at about 60% or so of your bodies maximum heart rate and if you can do this for long periods of time a light jog is perfect.. and keep your feet out from under the kitchen table! nd ur ripped dude respect!

  • You're right you don't need barbells to gain strength. Its a common misconception that you need weights to get strong.

  • On the first exercise- do you keep back straight when you're up, or do you pull it down to flex and "tighten" the abs up?Advice will be really appreciated! ;)

  • you must contract the abdominal muscle when doing sit-ups otherwise you're not getting money.

    remember, sit-ups will not give you a 6 packs. the purpose of these exercises are to strengthen the core and tone up the muscle.

  • @rebelwithoutacause05 True man. A 6-pack can be ahieved by doing something as simple as having a low fat high protein diet and just doing cardiac exercises such as running or cycling. It's all down to one's body fat in the abdominal area, sit ups and ab workouts only make the abs stronger and more toned.

  • shut up dummie, you want results manage yourself for success in all that you do, this dude gave you something for free take it in stride, bust out 500 push ups in 1/2 hour then tell me something push yourself to limits your normally cry about then you'll get where you want. peace.
