How do you get felyne defense? and why do you seem to be wearing ceanataur armor that is for gunners when you are wielding a long sword?

lol nice credits and combos. By the way, i have three ways to get lightcrystals, 1) At second hole mining place 2) I sent trenya (the felyne) to the swamps and 3) Mine it at the shining crystals( at the swamps)

u can get light crystals from swamp gathering by mining that big rock place in the caves where the hornetaurs are

im sure you need to have either the claws or the shell but i think the claws

You have to get a shogun pincer. Usually the ceanataur in the swamp drops it. hit his arms a lots so u break it then ul get it as a reward. k zamo?

@AlbedoLove Its the Provocation if i remember right. The prey species will attack the larger creatures if they damage them enough (and they survive). If you want some of the Prey armor gives you the Provocation skill. Not sure if that hinders or encourages their attacks on you or the monster though :P

Helm: 2 Claws, 2 Shells, 3 Small Shells, 1 Killer Beetle

Gaunlets: 1 Pincer, 2 Shells, 4 Earth Crystals, 3 Carpenterbugs

Leggings: 2 Legs, 3 Shells, 3 Machalite Ore, 1 Killer Beetle

you must have Ceanataur Pincers to get em... kill ceanataurs and break ceanataur pincers in Hall Quests for a better chance to get some... good luck :)

I use RemoteJoy and a screenrecorder software (there's a lot of em, try to find the one that suits you the best. Some of em work better on some machines than others and so...)

You can carve it on Gypceros. Better chances if you break his head crystal (by hitting him on the head all the time).

Not much: 672. It's Dragon Katana. You can have it easily (Lightcrystal x2, Wyvern Fang x5 (buy at the Elder in the village), Velocidrome Hide x6).

It's one of the first Long Swords with Green Sharpness.

But prefer quick weapons than damage against Ceanataur (and Carapaceons at large)...
