If you really want to pay less gasoline price maybe you should encourage incentives for alternative fuel sources like wind, solar and electricity so the price of gas will go down...(Oh wait, oil companies fight tooth and nails cuz they dont want gas prices to go down cuz they're making record profits...)

@MagicKirin The EPA gave us auto emission testing which is a scam to steal money from us, fluorescent lights which have toxic mercury and ethanol which is ruining are cars.

They are treating us like we are robots and I'm am so sick of it. The Government is taking away are liberties and are freedom to choose.

@CBSNewsOnline I feel like Obama won't get elected again. Also, the US and countries around the world need to stop depending on oil and use solar energy, wind energy, electrical energy., natural gas... We need to stop depending on oil because it's clear it causes too much trouble environmentally and internationally (through invasions/wars)... It's just the politics and big companies that refuse to spend the resource to adapt to the better technologies.

There are alternatives that people don't know about. Carbon recapturing, solar, and my favorite algae-based fuel. Stop the oil spills, stop the pollution, stop the spending for these extra expenses to get oil (including the war). Environmentalist or not; there are better options.

@anurre5 Algae fuel is good new technology IMO, An Irish company is developing alga that can be grown on lines at sea.. similar to lines used for crab fishing.

However, if such lines were places into polluted freshwater in USA's fertilizer polluted estuaries & rivers, a continuous harvesting process could be established which removed alga & 'rescued' USA's vast waterways too, sun dried alga would increase precipitation, alga could be burned directly as fuel.

Instead oil $ cheats always win.
