both of them should be catching with each other's rpms. If the motors have individual servo's pulling the throttle, it is going to be very hard to sync the linkage's to each other.

thats not running to its full speed, turn the high speed needles 1/8 clockwise and the lowspeed the same on both engines and keep doing it till you have wheelies, then its just right.... good luck....

if the engine is revving but not moving you have got a transmission problem maybe clutch spur gear slipping or a gear gone in the gear box

as stated clearly before there is no more torque produced, more pulling power maybe a little, however this will result in a stripped spur gear. Since the engines both run on the same main gear no more torque or top speed can be produced. All you will gain is a little off he line power, more reliability (if one engine breaks you have another) and alot of wieght.

Could i also raise a few points on the cost issue of brushless. If your a competition racer running rallycross or truggy, u buy a chassis, engine radio gear etc. Decent engines are around the £250 ($400) mark going up to £350 ($600)...brushless conversions are the same, if cheaper. Plus your 3/4/5s lipos are your fuel, so instead of burning gallons of fuel, your batteries will at least last a year. AT LEAST. Plus theres no replacement of pistons liners etc etc. Nitro will be dead within 5 years.

E-Revo,pair of Lipos,and charger,$800,and 27mph with 7.4v 2C Lipos,add the brushless system,and you're in for over a $1000 and you could pull 40-60+ mph,depending on motor and batteries, etc,but I find extreme top speed to be rather useless,and at over a grand!?!

Nitro monsters or truggies,on the other hand,are available in the $400-$500 range, spend $50 on accessories,and you're in the 40-50mph range.

Speaking for the guys on a budget,I think you get the most for your money out of nitro.

Once you tune a Nitro engine, that's it, you just have to keep an eye on the temperature. With electrics you have to watch the temp on the battery, esc and motor. Tuning a Nitro motor isn't such a fuss anyway.

With Nitro's you can run all day, non-stop, electrics you can as well but you have to wait for them to charge. A lot of people prefer Nitro's because they can run much, much longer than Electrics. You just result to insulting people because you have nothing else that supports your argument.

Each to thier own. I like Nitro because there is no charging time. But it's expensive for fuel and unless you spend big bucks it's hard to get killer torque from nitro. Then there's tuning and cleaning. With electric it's mostly plug and play. With brushless and lipo there is monster torque. All my trucks are electric. I like nitro as well however, but i don't have big enough areas to use the higher top ends of a nitro vehicle. I can utilise the torque of my electric RC's more

Exactly. I bought a Twin Titan truck three summers ago. One engine burns more fuel than it's twin. What a manufacturer should do, is connect two pistons to the same connecting rod, and share the same carburetor.

Check out EK-4 S2 on youtube and you'll see a .70 monster truck. I have one of these too. Very entertaining, to say the least.
