Another man, employed for over 15 years, suffering pain in the groin, goes to comp doctor and is diagnosed with triple hernias and a crushed L5S1 disc, tests pos. for mary jane and not only is not covered but dismissed... WAY TO GO
wcb sent me back to work against my physicians WARNINGS, and denied request for retraining; i was severely injured and denied medical care, 28 doctors 2 years later my 1st spinal injury was finally diagnosed, BROKEN BACK; even though i made complaints of severe pain 6 ortho surgeons and 3 neurosurgeons didn;t due any physical examination and my 2nd spinal injury went undiagnosed 5+ yrs, when finally diagnosed i was denied requested medical care all over again, + denied medical review panel;
I was injured on the job and denied medical care, requested on my behalf; WCB denied my Doc`s request for expedited specialists appointment, or the WARNING he sent in to them that sending me back to work on medications he prescribed for my work injury would make my job
They are preaching a ``ROAD TO ZERO``
which is really all smoke and mirror`s program;
In reality it is, road to zero medical care, road to zero claim acceptance, road to zero anything and everything;
I hope by watching this video you understand that it does not matter if you are a union employee or not, that once you have a diagnosis of disabilty the WCB's will do every criminal act to delay and deny your legitimate claim. As a result the taxpayer is picking up most of the tab for housing, food, and minimal medical care, while the large corporations rake in billions of dollars, illegally misdirected through WCB's AAWCIF fund to them. You have no protection if injured on the job in Canada.
I can prove this "deeming" practice has been used since at least 1980. The point is they use tactics designed to hurt the patient and cause them further hardship and mistreatmet by other agencies. Welfare and our public systems do not question the actions of the WSIB because whatever they say goes without investigation by these agencies. Basically Workers Comp all across Canada is killing their patients by forcing them to endure severe pain, forcing them into poverty, and causing stress.

In 1979 I was thrown from, dragged, and crushed by three railway cars that derailed because they were not coupled together properly. I received over 20 injuries that left me totally disabled from any employment I have known nothing but pain and suffering and poverty since. When I was 24 I had $2,000.00 in the bank, debt free, full time job as crane operator, sober, and a bright happy future ahead. Since then I have been traumatized, terrorized, tormented, and tortured. @FitnessReality The problem is Canada has two medical systems. One is administered by law and is known as the Canada Health Act. The other is known as WCB (workers comp boards). While the supposedly universal health care plan Canadians pay taxes for and expect the benefits they paid for but, as soon as they are injured on the job they are excluded from the Canada Health Act. Rarely does the patient find a doctor then that will treat them. Patients are tortured to death by neglect.

Canada = 100 doctors, 6 ortho surgeons, 3 neurosurgeons = no diagnose
Canada = 5+ years of severe complain, no diagnose.
Canada = 2nd spinal injury diagnosed after 5+ yrs by physiotherapist;
Canada = no treatment for 2 spinal injuries 7 yrs. of severe pain.
