  • "which people are those?"

this is the situation right here: Everybody was having fun and these guys are sharing merriness with citizens and the government tries to crack down on it because they are not regulating it

  • I live ten minutes form the stadium

I love people in Colorado. They really are so receptive to the guys. Not surprising at all

  • Most cops are borderline retarded.

  • Alcohol is controlled by regulated bodies.(commercial activity) read the laws and you will see it only applies to those subject under the law. Such as beer stores wineries, manufacturers, distributors. If your not under a licence under the act then your not subject to the fines or the act itself.. READ THE LAWS then do this so you have a fighting chance.

  • Well its no coincidence that you guys got arrested. Alcohol is controlled because of its destructive properties. Too many people die from alcoholism etc so its not surprising you cant distribute it in public. Nobody gives a shit if you do that at home but something tells me you wouldnt. If i came over to your house for some free beer you would tell me to fuck off.

  • If you are giving away an alcohol beverage and have a sign in the public advertising this and do not have a permit to sell or trade them you are going to be arrested.

  • That is pretty fucked up how cops took this guy to jail. I am all for this guy spreading the freedom movement but in doing so you'd think he would know his rights and would have been able to control the situation. These freedom movement friends to are country need to learn the history and how it all works. Great place to start is meeting your strawman video and then doing your homework and research and then you will want to Wake Up as many people as you can!!!

  • They are not complying with a common law.

  • Nothing peaceful about people that do not follow the law.

  • @Bruce1949919

You are part of the problem. You actually think that everything the cop says IS the law, when it is NOT.

  • @normanmj They were distributing beer. Doesn't matter.

  • @Bruce1949919

WHERE IS THE PROOF? The police didn't even have any proof.

  • @normanmj Not required.

  • @normanmj Give me the statute that you say they are stating wrong. You know sometimes this Constitution shit goes a bit too far. Spend 30 days in jail and get a better attitude.

  • @Bruce1949919

You tell me what law states you even have to have an ID? Citizens are only required to identify themselves when there is REASONABLE suspicion that a crime has taken place. No crime had taken place prior to the cops showing up, hence why he was not charged with anything. These officers got too power hungry and made up a list of charges. The cops should have never even harassed these people in the first place.

  • @normanmj Do you think the police would have asked these people for ID if they were inside their van and drinking alone and didn't have a sign outside saying Free Beer? NO. After they were warned the police wanted to know who they were and how old THEY were. If they were underage they would be in jail for under age drinking. Wrong about ID. Reasonable suspicion was already proven. They were giving alcohol away to strangers. Doesn't matter if they were or not. Looked like they were.

  • @Bruce1949919 Arrests are made for breaking laws- what law did they break? It is NOT illegal to give alcohol to a stranger, just to minors. The cops never proved anyone who received it was a minor. Do you really think it is reasonable to face arrest for giving a stranger a beer?

If a fellow tailgater came by to borrow a knife to cut a steak, should these guys be arrested for potentially providing weapons to possible felons who aren't allowed to have them?

  • @rednek555 Yes: They didn't have a license to give anything to stranger. And that means whether they sold it or gave it. No recourse by anyone. This has become a dead horse. Stop beating it. You will never win the argument.

  • @normanmj The police had suspicion. A sign that said Free Beer is enough.

  • If you don't have a license to sell beer you are not allowed to do so.

  • @Bruce1949919

    They weren't selling beer.

  • @normanmj Yes they were. It's a day they had a big sale. IDIOTS YOU ALL ARE.

  • Police were 100% right. Stolen cameras? Come on....

  • @kevinp83 hopefully you're being sarcastic.

  • weee owwww weee oooww.. run.. it's the cop cart!!!!!!!

  • By the way, cudos to the police for keeping a pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Harass the cops and they will find a legitimate reason to arrest you. Obey the law, be respectful, be honest and these cops are your best friends. They protect your very life, property, AND that of the other civilians. It looks like you guys were trying to get arrested.

  • @Kanthor420 So they were harassing cops and looking to get arrested by giving beer to fellow citizens? What am I missing? What was the crime?

  • If you gave beer to strangers they had a right to ask you questions and Identify you. Other then that the police were out of line.

  • @Bruce1949919 Is it a crime to give beer to strangers?

  • @1775novten In a public place I would say so.

  • @Bruce1949919 Really? Why? So it's legal to sell it, but it's not legal to give it away? I can certainly see the cops asking questions and maybe advising them that they shouldn't do it, because if one of the people they gave a beer to was under age then they would be held accountable. But they had no proof that that happened, so I don't see how they could force you to ID yourself.

  • @1775novten If you have no license you can't do anything with it but consume it. Without the sign they had a better chance.

  • @Bruce1949919 You're saying that I need a distribution license in order to be able to give beer away? How does that make sense? So you're saying if I'm having a BBQ at a park and I toss a buddy a beer that I should be arrested because I don't have a distribution license? They were asked to take the sign down, which they complied with. They was no suspicion or evidence of a crime.

  • That's a lot of stickers!

  • You know, he would not have gotten arrested had you guys just shown your IDs. I don't understand why people think that they can just do whatever they want when the police question them. Just a reminder, these are the same people you call when you need help.

  • @rldenver and the same people who abuse that position of power. id rather die free than to live as a slave, or, in other words, in debt.

  • @rldenver You are not required to

  • So did you sue them?

  • Ignorance is bliss, huh? Google ur states liquor laws, I'll wait.

Back? Cool. Get it now? Probably not, but refusing to face facts seems to be a common thread in ur arguments.

A security company operating without licenses opens themselves up to serious fines and penalties, ie; bad for business. Oh, I'm sorry, you said thats irrelevant. Yeah, sure.

While I may agree with a majority of what LoT is trying to do, in this case they were the douchebags.

  • Very important work you gentleman are doing. Thanks on behalf of those of us that desparately want to remain free.

  • one step at a time. free alcohol, yes. provide i.d.? No. done.

  • I never suggested "rape" loser. I also didn't swear which points out that being so defensive you are hiding something. Also, you are puting words in my mouth that I never said. This is why these videos are miss guiding. You have just twisted everything i said around and stated many things I didn't to either make yourself look like a victim or me not in the best of light. Keep it up, I definately want you protecting my 4th amendment rights........NOT!!!

  • You are so wrong in every way. It's people like you that get arrested because you think you know so much and you don't. Giving away beer to underage minors is innapropriate to say the least. You can't prove you didn't give alcohol to minors. I hope when they locked you up you were with the biggest, hairiest, horniest men.

  • @runningwolfkenpo You can't prove you didn't murder 100 people. This is how ignorant you are. You claim they can't prove something that maybe they can, but you have no fucking idea, but then you go further to suggest that they should be raped for giving "underage minors" beer. So, asshole, would you hope your parents were raped in prison if you snuck a beer at age 20? You are a vile and disgusting human.

  • right or wrong... your rights didn't help you. They will do...what ever they want. You win in court...so what. Nothing stops these guys in the field. They do what they want every time. If it goes far enough to be arrested... it just cost you money...maybe some dammaged property...ect. What happens to them?,,, maybe... a slap on the wrist...but most likely NOTHING.

  • @popcorncrow hence...

  • So, are you just trying to prove that the word and concept of freedom in America is nothing more than lip service and that the only liberty we have is when we receive permission from the gov, like when a 3rd grader asks to go to the bathroom? Are you doing this so the sleeping masses will wake up and take notice? And if they do, then what? Do you hope that they will get off the couch and take responsibility? Are you trying to educate the cops? Are you coming to Nashville? I'll bring apple pie.

  • Police need to stop wasting time talking and arrest, when they can prove that someone had break the law.

  • these guys got balls, much props. dont take shit from anyone

  • this is a great interaction...the result, arrests, etc...are not great..but the way Pete and Ademo responded to these jerks..was stellar..bravo guys..bravo

  • Bty,The alcohol compliance people should be fired for the way they acted.

  • What is so unlawful about not showing ID? Your getting your panties in a bunch because a cop asks you for ID? Seriously? Get a freaking job dude. Pay bills. Hop off their dicks.

  • @DanielsSFD Nothing is unlawful about not showing ID.

  • Maybe possibly under age. Decide asshole, is it mayby or possibly. And get at least one person under age that got a beer.

But on the other hand, giving beer was not the best thing to do.

  • if they where donuts they would like that 2 more fat ass pigs get a life bitches

  • Life, liberty and property. These three rights were blatantly ignored by these police. These guys were probably taken to jail and immediately released. That's what cops do when they don't like something. They know they can't get away with charging them for something so they detain a suspect, take him to jail and release him. This happens every day. It's normal police procedure. This violates your rights. Take action so this crap doesn't continue.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 Ok, please provide a link to the lawsuit results. Because if what u say is true, someone got the shit sued out of them. But I really dont think so.

  • @gotgank Cops get away with alot of shit. The law works in their favor. Many times they are protected from prosecution. Particularly when it's in the area of constitutionality. I have no idea if any lawsuits are filed or pending but there should be.

But the point is, the cops were just plain harassing these men because they have the courage to stand up and fight police corruption which is rampant. And the corruption is so obvious, otherwise the cops wouldn't have hassled them.

  • @gotgank Ha, scratch that. Just go their website. It's all there.

  • Jesus f'n christ. Why are cops assholes? They didn't break any laws. This is plain harassment. This is crazy. Illegal detainment, illegal search, illegal seizure. This is just rotten.

  • power hungry assholes.

  • This is pretty legit. The Officers were investigation a possible violation. Perfectly reasonable request for ID. If they had just cooperated with the investigation, they prolly would have been told to just knock it off. NOW, they are gonna get banged with all kinds of liquor control violations and resisting arrest. Not only that, but the bus gets towed, because its on private property, AND searched, (custodial search). Hope being an ass was worth it, guys.

  • @gotgank I would agree with you if the guys were actually being assholes. The cops were being much more stand offish and asshole than the arrestees. They simply wanted to assert their rights. Cops can't stand it so they have to take them to jail to prove the point that we're cops and we do what we want.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 No, I pretty much explained it. U dont "assert" ur rights by breaking the law. Google liquor control laws of whichever state u happen to live in. If the liberty guys wern't such pricks, it may not have gone like that for them. The only rights they "asserted" was the right to be a asshat.

  • @gotgank Liquor control? If this is a law like you state, then why didn't they get arrested for that law? These guys were harassed and their rights were violated. Any judge knows that. The cops know that, they just want to be assholes, and throw them in jail and hope there are no repercussions. It's a common police tactic. Just like when cops sell drugs and then arrest the person that bought the drugs. The bottom line is these guys were no threat to anyone. No laws were broken.

  • @ElGatoLoco698 Well, I'm sorry u feel that way. If u dont like the Laws, I suggest u run for office and change them. Until then, dont hate the player, hate the game.

I will admit I'm curious, though. Specifically what "rights" were violated here? Tell me. Specifically.

And I guess they just paid out the citations. Cause I sure dont see any updates on the HUGE law suit winnings.

  • @gotgank Again, they did not break any laws. When an officer arrests people for disorderly conduct, it's because they can't think of anything to arrest him for. His rights were violated because he was arrested illegally. He was harassed illegally. Anyone with two brain cells can see since these guys are campaigning against police corruption that those same police will target them. There is no law that says I can't give a beer to another person who is legal to drink one.

  • @gotgank "cooperated with the investigation" What investigation? It didn't have shit to do with violations. You saw the video. They mocked the alcohol patrol, so the alcohol patrol cried to the police. There never was an "investigation". Prolly isn't a word. Beer isn't liquor. And the rest you're just making up because you're entirely full of shit. You have no idea what happened and you are emotionally siding with authority because it soothes you.

  • @promontorium Anytime an Officer checks out an alledged crime or violation, its called an Investigation. The "alcohol patrol" looks amazingly like private security. The Cops were checking out (investigating) a complaint made by security. Correct, beer isnt considered a "liquor", but it is covered under the liquor laws of most states. With probable cause (securitys statement), the Cops were correct to gather personal info on the suspects passing out free beer. So, you are utterly incorrect. Sorry

  • @gotgank You are so full of shit it's hilarious. If beer isn't liquor, and beer doesn't have shit to do with liquor laws. They are separate, and you were wrong. 2. "probable cause" for what exactly? Do you even understand what that word means? 3. Beer patrol is beer patrol. You want to get nitpicky about laws I guaranfuckingtee you they have no security licenses. But that's irrelevant. 4. Being a douchebag isn't an "investigation". If that's what being wrong looks like, I don't want to be right.

  • Liberty on Tour are a bunch of idiots, the cops have better things to do than to deal with a bunch of people looking for problems.

  • @Juddzillaman Yes, like light for a mosquito, it's the Liberty Tour's fault the police's time was wasted. You're a moron. The cops look for people to fuck with. That's all they do. Of course they have better things to do, but if they did those things, they wouldn't be corrupt and you wouldn't need a Liberty bus to begin with.

  • LOL arrested for not showing ID! WOOOOOOOOW. fail by pigs.

  • On a lot of these videos Im on the side of the citizen, but in this instance the cops in my eyes were reasonable. They told you WHY they wanted your ID so you shouldve just complied, then tell them you had already talked to other police. Seems like too many people are so focused on showing a police officer up now a days. I dont really feel sorry for you just saying!

  • @forgiven4ever83 The whole purpose of their tour was to promote liberty and explain to people their rights. If they aren't required by law to show their ID, and then did it immediately to comply with an unlawful demand from the police, what the fuck would be the point of the Liberty Tour to begin with?

  • the real problem is these douche bags that think they should call the cops because someone "mocked" them...I will never hire a liberal or a female, for precisely this reason

  • Nice golf carts losers

  • The point is to make you all submit to the corupt cops, so that you wont fight, the new order, that will come when the dollar colaps. You know, when they chage the laws and make you a slave.

  • This completly makes sense what the police did in this situation they could have handled it better.

  • So how did the charges turn out??

  • Colorados police department is fucked up. From Pueblo to Fort Collins its all fucked up.

  • My I D is that,Iam a person that has freedom went I do no wrong, and have the freedom to express oneself if I do no wrong.I have the right to have peace from harassment. These things are mind, and ours.

  • what happened with the charges?

  • Anyone with 2 braincells knows, The more you comply, The less shit you get.

  • @THEMSASBOYZ Oh well bend over and I will peg your ass.I am just asking that you comply with the big dildo I want to shove in your ass. Just make it easy on yourself an COMPLY.I will use lube if you just COMPLY. You have a few brain cells so bend over boi. What? Huh> You don't agree? Well, they didn't agree either and you do NOT have to produce ID in the US unless you are OPERATING a car, place, boat or traveling internationally.Read the Constitution.

  • /sigh...Denver PD has a rotten reputation for a reason.

  • demanding id is NOT a lawful order. 4th Amendment, supreme law of the land. Sue him.

  • why is this evidence?

  • Cop at 3:00 is a real cocksucker huh? Hes exactly the reason why tens of millions of people hate pigs....a complete fucking dickhead who wants to see people intimidated by him. He looks like a child molester to me. My guess is that he likes 10 yr old boys.

  • Independent complainants notified this group was giving alcoholic beverages to whomever came by. The police are duty-bound to investigate. All they had to do was say, "Yes, sir, here's my ID...yes, sir I will ensure that I do not give alcoholic beverages to minors...thank you, officer, you have a nice day, too!" But that is not what they wanted...it was a set-up designed to make them look like poor, innocent, patriots being harassed by the big, bad police with their badges and their guns. Pfft.

  • @sallicio What in the billy goat gruff fuck balls does an ID have to do with giving out beer numbnut? The police weren't "duty bound" to investigate shit. They didn't break any rules giving out the beer, which is why they weren't charged for it, and the cops didn't come over because of the beer, they came because the beer patrol felt "mocked". So essentially the police only arrived to give these guys shit and to "back up" the beer patrol in fucking with them.

  • @promontorium The police department is absolutely duty-bound to investigate. Because if beer is distributed to a minor and the minor kills himself or someone else because of alcohol intoxication, the media would have a flipping heyday if it was revealed that the police were made aware of people distributing alcohol to minors and did nothing about it. But, of course, I don't know what I'm talking about. So you're right. Pfft.

  • @sallicio As you could see in the video, there was no distribution to a minor. That was not the problem at all and, you know it. the problem was, as the officer stated, they didn't comply. (with the unlawful orders)

  • @Lean540 You're not getting my point. The police didn't know there was no distribution to minors. They were doing what they should have been and investigating it to make sure. Following the investigation we have these morons refusing to provide ID "on principle". One thing leads to another.

  • @Lean540 In addition, you also know that they can now do that very thing and hold you indefinately (your life time if they wish) without ever having committed a crime at all. The patriot act was passed without your vote and thereby erasing any last hope of freedom you had in your country. Canada is now has more freedom than the United States Of America. What does that tell you?

  • Ya, well you were charged with such and such. But where you convicted? If you were convicted, then you obviously were in the wrong, as the cops enforce the laws. Not create them. If you were found not guilty. Was their any punishment handed down to the police?

  • THis is great.... I love it

  • Part 2 was awsome...

  • I just went to their web site.... Watched Part 1.... Went well... Go LOT go LOT.. I vote for LOT.. Now its on to watch part 2...

  • I just ent to their web site.... WOW guys.. You should really watch it...

  • So that arrogant pig wants someone to ask permission before recording him? Hypocrite pigs record people without telling" them". So why do you think this man/bitch thinks he's "special"? What a piece of legal crap. So the pig's state/church law says "established" church/HARLOT CHURCH leaders are allowed a (so called) non-profit status & the false prophets inside sell Obamas abortion bill through a twist on Romans 13. Hypocrite pigs that lead into captivity (for doughnut money) go into captivity.

  • @commonsenseisgone..... your name makes it obvious. And Colorado isn't your state!!! It's mine retard. I Was born in Denver and lived there all my life until the Nazis wanted to lock me up there!! Straight up!! It's my state more than it's theirs! or yours!! I'll be back!!! But this time, to win!!! FUCK YOU!! WHO ARE YOU???? I probably know you

  • @comonsenseisgone Also, I left Colorado because they started locking up natives to make room for the transplants from Cailfornia who brought revenue to the state. I was born in Denver and left because I figured freedom was better than being in prison or dead because of the police mafia there, so if you want to expose them, I'm on your side! i KNOW WHAT THEY DO AND I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW. I've seen it like an eye witness

  • @commonsenseisgone..... obviously your common sense is gone. I was saying the you shouldn't provoke them and you want to lip off... fuck off retard. If you have something to say to me. meet me somewhere and we'll "discuss" this. Bring your health insurance card, you're gonna need it

  • cont. suche person's social security number. The stopping shall not constitute arrest (hence your miranda advisal is not required) (2) When a peace officer has stopped a person for questioning pursuant to this section and reasonably suspect that his personal safety requires it, he may conduct a pat-down search of that person for weapons....THE END EDUCATE YOUR IGNORANT SELVES. <awaiting the hateful youtube responses.

  • FOR YOU PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN COLORADO; Colorado Revised Statute (that is the law for you smart folk) 16-3-103(1) Stopping of Suspect reads as follows. (1) A peace officer may stop any person who he reasonably suspects is committing, has commited, or is about to commit a crime and may require him to give his name and address, identification if available, and an explanation of his actions. A peace officer shall not require any person who is stopped pursuant to this section to produce or divulge

  • And how did this situation work out for you? lol enjoy court dipshits.

  • Many cops just don't seem to get it... All cops know that "You have a right to remain silent." So what makes them think a person required to produce ID?

Here in California (in People v. Quiroga) the courts have said that a person is not required to producuce ID or give their name until you are being booked at the jail AFTER an arrest.

Know your rights and exercise them!

  • Denver is one of the worst corrupt police states in the U.S. and has been for at least 30 years that I know of!! Thank GOD for video cameras and you tube!!! Finally!!! They can be held accountable for what they do!! Colorado is such a Nazi Cop state that I will NEVER go back there. Normal people are treated like dangerous criminals there

  • @RickWasHere100 Thank you for leaving our state and not coming back. Much appreciated.

  • I'm in Greenfield Mass. I watched everything you guys did here. BUT at Invesco Field, You're about a mile from where I grew up!!! I think if you're going to be activists. You should be careful not to disobey any laws. Like Giving away beer in a public place. Drinking in public is illegal in Denver, they overlook it for the games. It's one thing to stand up for what is right, it's another to be ANTAGONISTIC! You can promote your cause without provoking the police... P.S. Denver PD is why I moved

  • @11mac11s - is conflict, and that is what gives the police power to have jurisdiction over us (like children). So the only way to do what is considered "right" can only be achieved when you avoid conflict at ALL costs, but in the end it is worth it. I can tell you some of the stuff I have done in more detail but it would half to be a regular message because, the stories could be long and I don't have enough room to put them all up on the comment spaces lmao

  • @11mac11s I haven't had a lot of time to practice this with the police, due to work schedules. All tho I have had a few cops run into me, and what I've learned does work . I find that when you ask the right questions, and know what these words means, they're not as forceful to demand, or command you to do anything. I try to stay away from recording them because, when someone points a camera at a cop, they get all defensive and try to say stuff like i can charge you with wire tap and then there-

  • @11mac11s there is a lot to learn from Robert Menard, but there is also others who are just as educated on the subject such as; Mary Croft and Irene Gravenhorst, they all have taught me a lot about the great deception.

  • God you're a dumbass...

  • glad u were arrested you dumbass!! haha

  • This is nothing, NOTHING to what the Denvoid cops do to the mentally ill and homeless in this city

  • Denver police are filfthy pigs

  • Dirty Cop !!!

  • LMAO.... Is there a law against giving away alcohol?

  • LOL at 5:17 " do you go to bed happy at night at how you earn you paycheck"

the cops probably though " dam right I am happy -- I showed those smartass wannabe lawyers who is boss"

  • You guys are all so fuckin cool....

  • But your a public official...

-yeah but I want you to ask me

    But your a public official

-(more aggressive) yeah but I want you to ask me.

Why should we again? Oh, your a citizen too? Prove it! Quit brutalizing, murdering, torturing, lying, molesting children, and start upholding the law. Not being judge, jury and/or executioner. Do these things, and MAYBE society will forgive you, you have at least 2 generations to prove this.

  • Why don't they just theow the 99% in jail now so we can just get it over with! This is stupid - Cos want to ruin peoples records for non compliance - Is this what its come to - Really - I am disappointed in our law officials - Change is coming just you wait - make sure to make written complaints on every officer that harms ( The People ) Enough complaints = they get fired - Things will change if every time an officer infringes on our civol liberties and we put it on there files!!!!

  • @turboapkc "Cos want to ruin peoples records for non compliance - Is this what its come to "

Of course because that is exactly what police do -- ensure compliance.. they aren't lawyers.

At the end of the day that is what cops do.. wheather its telling a criminal to drop his gun -, issuing a speeding ticket or in this case ensuring people comply with liqour licensing ( ie no giving alchol to minors) police are there to ensure complaince..

  • America has soo much freedom that they abuse it.

  • Oh yes Arnold you're right ALL cops are gay and like to make gay porn, that's why so many have families! How fucking stupid are you fucktard!!!!!!!!!

  • u should have complied and sucked their cocks on the bus n made gay porn. piggies like that.

  • i would have asked that cop when he asked to see my I.D.- "do you have proof of claim that i have an obligation to have such a thing" you should do some research on sovereignty and how the "straw man" works

  • @fight4soverignty Hey fight, I've heard about this "straw man" deal, but never really grasped it. I've read sites saying that the birth certification is actually entered into a governmental database and it is on the stock market. Have you heard about any of this?

  • Offering "free beer" to the public is just stupid. And then, getting beligerent with the cops was even dumber. Let them ask a few questions, give them honest answers and they leave. I wonder how much this cost the authors?

  • @inurtrash Allowing yourself to be threatened into complying with requests harmfull to you'rself and others is stupid. Suggesting so is stupid. You are stupid. Stupid ppl shouldnt call ppl stupid.

  • @iamjacobnz

No, what's stupid is getting belliegerent with friendly cops and getting arrested unnecessisarily. Do something that's illegal and you'll pay the price.

I will say the cop was wrong about the videotaping. But, these guys were idiots and, obviously so are you.

  • @inurtrash

No, what's stupid is your ignorance stated here. Since when do we have to respect law enforcement. You're making it sound as if, they are above citizens (ignorance), when yet, they work for the people. You didn't know they took an oath (your ignorance) 'protect and **serve**? Become a citizen, and realize they work for 'us' not the other way around. It's their duty to respect 'us'! Until which time you continue to feel an officer has rights over a citizen, you're not one!

  • wow guys you are on some very gray territory. we know it's illegal to contribute to the delenquency of minors. you offered alcohol to people without asking for their ID. why couldn't you have offered free hotdogs or BBQ Chicken? very thin line to balance. but I'm glad you guys are out there trying

  • Fullchoke, not a cop and certainly not ANYONE'S bitch. Because I have the intelligence to not put myself in situations involving police, I'm a pussy? Get a life douchebag, enjoy the comments and don't even think you know me from 4 sentences. As they say in the rap videos " you don't know me!!!!!!!!!" fucktard.

  • ACAB bitches!

  • Camera's "stolen" but returned to them? We know what you were arrested for, but I notice you didnt say what the outcome of each charge was? Hiding something? I think not only was that Denver Police officer EXTREMELY nice, professional and courteous. He was also waaaaaaaaay more patient with you than I would have been. If you didnt comply by the third request, arrest. You can ask all the stupid questions you want, but comply. You didnt and were arrested, charges and my guess...convicted.

  • @macoflaf2 who gives a fuck about how patient you would be or what you would do. your obviously a fuckhead cop or the pussy type that comply's and obey's like a little scared girl. do what your told junior and shut the fuck up

  • @macoflaf2 Why are you defending the cops. They illegally seized property in violation of the us constitution, arrested someone without charges, retrospectivly charged them with failing to comply to a lawfull order to legallize theire actions retrospectivly. They are criminals.

  • @iamjacobnz If what Denver PD did was illegal, then why isnt the DOJ swooping down and charging them??? After all, the Department of Justice is who investigates illegal police activity. The reason..........................they didnt commit a crime, the dumbasses passing out alcohol and not complying with the police are the ones that committed the crime. Is it really hard to keep up??????? Read a book now and then and INFORM YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!

  • @iamjacobnz Those guys handled the situation badly. The cops probably has no intention of arressting anyone and would have just given a warning ( cause they cant be fuck with paperwork).

But we all know that the cops arent going to back down to a bunch of smartasses on youtube. So in order to "save face" they are force to take action.

those guys wanted to get arrested --they had several oppurinties to avoid arrest

  • You ask Me it's time we start ventilating police officer skulls.

  • @Nightshift10000 Dude be careful saying things like that online. I'm not even kidding people have gotten locked up for saying things similar to that. Someone got locked up for like 2 years but I think what he said was a lot worse than what you said though. I don't know how pervasive the spying is but trust me it has happened before.

  • @rickrizzle47 Very true and it's kind of fucked up how our First Amendment Rights are being violated .

  • @Nightshift10000 Oh its completely fucked up I know. Obviously something you say online should not be a crime but you know what these assholes do. They would arrest you for saying you don't like cops if they could. But yea just for the record this video fuckin enraged me as well.

  • it's funny America has the shittiest laws on tabacco, alcohol and guns. Countries like Japan, Israel, and England have better but no, America's just got to be the moral center of the whole fucking universe.

  • Wow...you guys need to get a job and a life. You're a disgrace to our generation.

  • God forbid someone under 21 get anywhere near something distilled.

  • Well I think you guys should know your rights before you complain. Regardless of who complained its obvious someone complained because they didnt show up out of thin air. and the moment this situation became an investigation of possible contributing alcohol to minors whether it had happened or not you were legally required to produce your ID. you guys are acting like you were walking down a road and were picked up and asked for ID for no reason. I love liberty for sure but c'mon guys

  • Of course he isn't going to tell you who complained, so then you can't go find and beat them up for complaining.

  • alcohol control enforcers??? Just put the beer in soda bottles and your clear. Alcohol enforcers: What are you drinking? You: I am drinking Soda. So where the charges overturned?

  • @stonewall97 in tn at a county fair its illegal to drink alcohol so 5 young high school boys were arrested and there beer taken by police.later the same cops were seen and filmed drinking the beer they took from the boys at the same place.when asked what there were doing there response was violent 3 men and a lady who filmed them were tased beaten and arrested on several charges.but the film slipped away but no media would show it because the cops threaten them with arrest.just my opinion

  • It is true there are bullies in every in every law enforcement area. There are also a lot of good honest police in every area . The problem as i see it is none of them are up holding there oath. That is the bully police and those that allow bully police to do what they do. I say to the honest police stand up be counted don't let the bully police give all of you a bad rap . : It is on you to do the right thing :uphold the law.!

  • Cops as a rule don't know much law. They can deal with the obvious. Someone robbing a store or caught breaking in to someones home,or drunk & disorderly. There isn't too much doubt about these charges. The rest (traffic stops, video taping copsand other victimless "violations") fall into the hands of the court. In court no one is on your side unless you hire an out of town/state lawyer. Cops create a situation, prosecutor makes it compollicated, judges rules with the cop, and you pay the bill.

  • Denver cops are usually NYC cops that got into trouble and had to leave NYC. There are quite a few on Denver's force that act like Nazis.

  • OMFG! Are you joking! He siad "To people we DON'T know are underage?
