nice spray paint, but it's not quite steam-punk without tubes, gauges, gears showing, etc. Right now it just looks like a metal gun, but hey, there's nothing wrong with that!

i think i know. i think when you pull back the priming handle, push the barrel to the side. if there isnt something orange at the top, not in the middle but the top then there has to be something there

if u take out the air restrictor does it increase the range if so how much

mcdeli23: yes, the air restrictors being removed makes it louder and increases the range usually on any nerf gun 6-10 feet

sure it does, the guns themselves look like they are out of a steampunk universe, specially the maverick. Just because there are no gears or lights or steam on it doesnt make it not steampunk. Guns shoot bullets with gunpowder. I doubt steam would have the ability to propel a bullet as fast or accurate as gunpowder. All Im sayin is, guns in steampunk universes, would still be guns, I dont make laser rays, go to another guy for that shit. Theres plenty out there

i know i hate how there are 6 of em! thats why i just completely remove them, cuz it is really easy to mess up the AR so that it doesn't fit, and you have 6 chances to mess up.

I have a suggestion, you should make an attempt at a tutorial. Tape the whole process and take still pictures to supplement in the places where you cent use a webcam (spray painting), edit the video together and voice over the lot of it. It would be neat to see something like that step by step.

Other then that, nice gun. I normally don't like steampunk nerf mods (more of a build it from scrap guy myself) but this one looks quite nice. Good show
