@tresheriff Digimon DO have genders, they just dont prioritize it as much as we humans do. That's why they still have OBVIOUS female Digimon and male Digimon differences, such as Angemon & Angewomon.

After all, Renamon didnt say they dont have genders, she said Digimon arent divided into genders. Meaning they DO have them, but dont see it relevant enough to make certain distinctions between the two.

Only digimon season where digimon had genders, was Xros wars, but honestly, xros wars kinda sucks and inaccurate of following the preset rules of the past digimon series.

Yes, he may have said it, but he did not give explanation as to why there are portrayals of male-female differences in Digimon, then.

And NO, Xros Wars does NOT suck. It is pretty decent, actually, and does a lot of good developmental things in the Series. But then again, that's just my opinion.

@deathlegionair Digimon are androgynous, so none are either guys nor girls, as they are Data and don't require genders. Genders being sexual reproduction,but digimon spontaniously appear in the digital world (from what seems like daycare areas too). they happen when data is produced,depending on the data, different digimon will be 'born' and, depending ont he data, different digimon will evolve into different forms.

@M3mello That's what we that are seasoned to Digimon call a "Digivolution Tree". Digimon can digivolve to numerous different forms depending on different circumstances. Puwamon actually just warped to Biyomon, skipping the Pinamon/Yokomon stage. Puwamon is technically able to either digivolve to Yokomon OR Piyomon, depending on the circumstances. In Digimon World DS (Not DW - Data Squad), Pinamon can digivolve to Biyomon at a higher LV than it could digivolve into Falcomon. Inverse with Yokomon.
