I think the reason that an atheist would spend time to try to get others to abandon Christianity (as well as all other religions) is that people find it difficult to deal with others who use the stories of their ancient religions to validate behaviors that can be harmful, hateful or destructive, under the guise that the end justifies the means. These are all evangelical atheists. But unlike evangelical Christians, these atheists are motivated by their hatred of a God they don't believe in. Christians are motivated by their love of God. Look at Dan Barker and Stephan Uhl both of whom spent much of their early years preaching the gospel and today are leading atheists. Barker states that he was a "born-again" christian and Uhl was a monk. How much more religious do they have to be before you will say that there are ex-christians who know more about the bible than you do? Both men are now doing good works.

I'm an atheist and I do NOT hate god(s), you can not hate what you do not believe in(I don't believe in the devil either because you cannot have one without the other). I think that if there is a creator it has much better things to do than stick around Earth, it would probably be off somewhere in the Universe creating things. I would also like to point out that animals do have rules, especially social animals, it is necessary to their survival. Animals also feel.

Because I'm a christian who has lead a very evangelical Christian life, read lots of books, pray and read my bible. But I still haven't found God on the personal level, never experienced him at all. Out of curiosity when is the child old enough to understand? 12? 15? I was 14 when I realized that I was praying for a dead man (with little evidnec of his existence) to give me eternal life. I told my pastor this and he said I have to seek out Jesus. After a few years of teenage rebelling I seeked Jesus. For years I prayed for Jesus to come into my life.

These are all evangelical atheists. But unlike evangelical Christians, these atheists are motivated by their hatred of a God they don't believe in. Christians are motivated by their love of God. Atheism can be shown to be logically fallacious, and therefore and invalid system of belief. Anyone with any intellectual capacity would agree once they see the arguments. This just goes to show that all atheists are complete morons. Hey, God calls them stupid.

Look at Dan Barker and Stephan Uhl both of whom spent much of their early years preaching the gospel and today are leading atheists. Barker states that he was a "born-again" christian and Uhl was a monk. How much more religious do they have to be before you will say that there are ex-christians who know more about the bible than you do? Both men are now doing good works.

I recognize that some actions are evil, but I am free from the idea that being a human is evil. I couldn't care less about Christians, but I do like ridiculing them for being ridiculous. I do the same thing to people who say that Odin formed humans from trees. Are you referring to the fact that ProfMTH is both gay and atheistic? What is wrong with money? I live off of money. As in I use money to buy food that I eat to live. And of course do other happy things, like use this computer right now.

1. Agnostic-Theist: believes god exists, but the existence of a god is unknowable
2. Gnostic-Theist: believes in a god for which he claims knowledge (most theists)
3. Agnostic-Atheist: does not believe god exists, but it can't be proved (most atheists)
4. Gnostic-Atheist: believes it can be proved that god does not exist

I'm an atheist and I do NOT hate god(s), you can not hate what you do not believe in(I don't believe in the devil either because you cannot have one without the other). I think that if there is a creator it has much better things to do than stick around Earth, it would probably be off somewhere in the Universe creating things. So you're saying the christian who was raised christian and never put to much thought into justifying their faith would go to heaven, while the atheist who spent his whole life trying to find where to put his faith in but ultimately never found God would go to hell? Because I'm a christian who has lead a very evangelical Christian life, read lots of books, pray and read my bible. But I still haven't found God on the personal level, never experienced him at all. Out of curiosity when is the child old enough to understand? 12? 15? I was 14 when I realized that I was praying for a dead man (with little evidnec of his existence) to give me eternal life. I told my pastor this and he said I have to seek out Jesus. After a few years of teenage rebelling I seeked Jesus. For years I prayed for Jesus to come into my life.

NIce video-I've noticed there aren't too many Christians defending the Faith and rebuking the popular atheists on here. Youtube is just filled with anti-Christian content. It seems as though any video that is remotely Christian/Creationist related will NEVER get over 2.5 stars-regardless of its content. ANY atheist video will get at least 4.5 stars-just shows the amount of anti-Christian atheists on this site...

That's not really a good quote. Those 3 periods inbetween indicate something has been omitted.
Who are these foolish people, christians or jews? Which god, Yahweh or Jesus? When he says that "Christianity is slowly dying," is he saying it's a good thing. Or is it just his opinion on the (at the time) current world environment.
If you could pm me the exact link to where you found these quotes online, it would be most appreciated.

Actually Jesus is YWHW, if you has studied the Jewish scriptures you would have known that the Jews themselves would reject the true Messiah, the manifestation of God in the flesh. More than 300 prophecies are fulfilled threw Christ, but I know, you'll deny all of them. Problem is this, they're still waiting for the Messiah, read the book of revelation to realize who that Messiah will be... Christianity is right as always.

Id say ¾ of Christians come back to me with the you were never a TRUE Christian argument. I know I have no response that will convince you. And I understand that because you probably think "if I thought like you I could never have lost faith".

Videos like this are what encourage hate. Saying that someone isn't what they say they are and because you think they are lying about it. I used to be a Christian. Now I'm not, but I try to view the world through the "CoExist" viewpoint. Then I see videos like this that call people like me liars, and then you wonder why former believers get frustrated?! I just decided at one point to look at my belief fairly (since I was so sure I'd remain in the faith) and then began why NORMAL Atheists (not some of these loons) actually dont believe. SOME arguments do in fact make sense, for better or worse.

I understand where you're coming from and you r an excellent source for refuting errors andSuch. I give you credit for that. But how is giving blind faith to ANYTHING a good turnabout to the "creator" that gave us logic and reason? Honestly, I also feel great each and every moment.
