BGS is only best if you are fighting someone with really low defense. Or if the high leveled opponent forgets to sip a defense potion after being spec'd. Other than that, the higher hits of the AGS and its double spec capability, are more effective and better for koing, obviously.

If they have 99 str and 1 def, and u hit a 40, they go down to 0 def and only 60 str. And then theres no competition.
