@danielmaddox01 You are stating the obvious in regards to a real wave, but for the majority of surfers that live near crowded good surf the waves in these pools would be a pleasure , ooh and all those cities that are long distance from any surf now can have a new entertaining activity.

And anyway, finding your own wave in the ocean is getting like finding your own food in the forest, we can not all be doing that, especially us elderly surfers :]

@fredsisland i get what your saying about the people that live far away from the surf, but this would be crowded as FUCK at an amusement park, or even its own place. 1 wave, 1 rider, every 1 min. what about the other 20 people that came for a wave?

@madman32120 Ok mm i should have given more info; there will be 3 waves per minute and 18 surfers on this reef section of the pool per hour, one surfer gets 10 waves in the hour, it is a controlled environment your wave belongs to you and only you. Wave peel speed is adjustable.

it can be working 24/7 and booking is essential, if you and your 8 friends want to have a raging session you can book a whole hour with 20 waves each, if you feel like dropping in or whatever, the hour belongs to you.

Cool! Is that 4 reefs meaning four separate take-off points down the line or is it four reforms you can hop/carve through? Are you meaning the wave face will be 1.5 meters?

Wow! Pretty amazing backyard setup! Are you by chance collaberating with the guys designing Ron Jons? I've surfed Typhoon Lagoon several times and always had a blast. First wave (center peak) throws a little barrel with the right wind. I've been waiting patiently for RJ's to complete but it seems like it's never going to happen...
