The only thing that broke on the car (excepting normal wear items like brakes) in 120K miles was the mechanical voltage regulator, distibutor, and water pump. All very cheap to fix. Then the car rusted out in typical GM fashion.
Ford: Keeping auto repair shops in business since 1903...bless the Camaro. Gonna get me the 2012 Camaro SS (Z28 too much HP for me, V6 too little) which will also have a much-needed upgrade of an interior in which GM claims.

Actually this is NOT the first ever Camaro commercial ever produced. I very distinctly remember seeing the commercial in which the Camaro was introduced to the public...the car was covered and a cowboy with a bullwhip kept knocking away pieces of the cover until the car was completely exposed. It was a very memorable commercial and I remember thinking at the time that the Camaro was the best looking car to come out of Detroit.

1967 Camaro was a great, really exciting car, I was a kid when the Camaro was first introduced for 1967, my uncle went out and bought the RS and owned it until 1975 when he traded it in for the worst Mustang ever made, the bland Mustang II which a total styling disaster. Actually this is NOT the first ever Camaro commercial ever produced. I very distinctly remember seeing the commercial in which the Camaro was introduced to the public...the car was covered and a cowboy with a bullwhip kept knocking away pieces of the cover until the car was completely exposed. It was a very memorable commercial and I remember thinking at the time that the Camaro was the best looking car to come out of Detroit.

Don't know if I could handle those hideaway headlights, or that big car engine. Camaro ... lean and moulty. What's "moulty"? Seriously, this muscle car was one fast vehicle. If what's left of Chevrolet could produce this car today, it would sell like hot cakes, despite the fact that many got wrapped around telephone poles. Automobile advertisers during the space race often played on aerospace themes to sell cars, but the volcano treatment tells us this car is red hotand so it was.

1967 Camaro was a great, really exciting car, I was a kid when the Camaro was first introduced for 1967, my uncle went out and bought the RS and owned it until 1975 when he traded it in for the worst Mustang ever made, the bland Mustang II which a total styling disaster. He should have kept the '67 Camaro RS.

Because the movie is gay and horrible and so is the Camaro however the only ones I like were the originals. The Camaro plays the role of "BumbleBee" now is that gay or what? Yes there are V6 Pony Package Mustangs that are for girls but a V8 Shelby or GT or Mach 1 are guys cars.

@Coolkid89383 LOL In the early 2000's the Camaro had a big bad 5.7L that only make 310 hp! HORRIBLE! The Mach 1s made the same power with the 4.6. There was no need to make the Mustang more powerful from 2005-2009 because there was no competition moron. When the Challenger and Camaro came back the new 5.0 comes back to crush both of them. And of course the Camaro looks like trash.

But you forget again in the 2000s Ford had to put a SUPERCHARGER to keep up with Chevy's naturally aspirated LS1. So lets see, lets put a supercharger on a LS1 and level the playing field in here. Also the Corvette GS (grand sport) beat the 2010 Shelby GT500KR and the Shelby had more horsepower which is strange isn't it? Corvette beat a Shelby With less horsepower?

@Coolkid89383 what was the 310 hp engine then? LS2? What power output was the LS1? You can't compare the Corvette to the Shelby. The Corvette is a two seater sports car while the Shelby is a Muscle car. A fair match up would be the Corvette and the FORD GT.
