@sicumine Iraqi or Serb military equipments at time never ever well maintained or overhaulled.. even though they were capable to fight unlike US fighters(lot of frequent updates and costly maintenance). Lot of Soviet/Russian jets(Mig-21,Mig-29,Mig-25,etc.­) defections to US territory helped US to steal and evaluate Russian technology. What about F-22 avionics? Over heating, System malfunctions...

All of this is about Kubinka. Show off base near Moscow. The rest 99% of russian air force is in ruins. Russian government would rather steal 40% of the budget and buy real estate in Europe and USA than let their pilots fly.
