This is so cool!!!! I got to see it live when I was seven or eight, and it stunned me even then. I love the music and the dancing so much! It's one of those shows where all you can do is just sit there and enjoy it to pieces.

I am a silk artist as well. Very beautiful performance. Also, it is impossible to wear a harness while on silks because it would get tangled in the silks. The silks hold you in if you do it properly- that is the beauty of aerial silks

I saw this show 3 times when I worked at Disney World. This is my FAVORITE part of La Nouba, and no matter HOW hard I looked, I didn't see a wire. Almost every other performer either A: Blatantly had a wire or B: made it obvious when they put one on.

I swear I never saw this guy put one on, or have one, outside of the silk banners.

I saw La Nouba when I went to DisneyWorld like two weeks ago. Absolutely amazing. When I saw it though, "the walker" was flyin solo on the Aerial Cradle section in the beginning of this clip. I wish I could have seen it live with the female performer too.

If you are able to, you MUST sit down in front at La Nouba (we have several times), and watch him soar over your head. At the end, he comes to the edge of the stage, right in front of you, and his chest is heaving. And, down front, you get to make strong eye contact with these incredible artists. It is such a personal experience. Peace :)

From what I've heard from the company manager during CirqueCon 2007, Natasha broke both of her pelvis and maybe somewhere near her foot. She's probably still in the hospital and no, I believe she doesn't take steroids.
