you know i did something like that but in small amounts in a glass bottle. i mixed some random stuff like baby powder, soap, and baking soda and vinegar. Then i shook it so much then the next was it exploded. The disadvantage was i did it in the kitchen and my mom got mad at me because it splattered on the plates, sinks, utensils and oven and floor. The advantage was the bottle remained intact and i was not hurt (except my eyes, some of it went there) i did this when i was young.
