After Yanni finished the Forbidden City concert, Chinese public TV station-CCTV used to put up the whole concert on show for several times. That is why you can see here so many different songs and performances that you can never see in the DVD.

I think that the people from Asia, enjoys less the Yanni`s music than latinoamerican or northamercian people, and for this reason, the yannis music sounds more serious.

Acropolis was the flagship of Yanni. Nothing will ever be like it again because he'll never be in that state of mind again. He's still amazing though!

Acropolis was of course alot better and more powerful than this one, because it was conducted by Rohani and was performed by London Royal Phil. Rohani's arrangement was something extraordinary. this conductor is not conducting, he is just dancing with the music. doesn't even have a stick in his hand lol.

Right on the money with that one. They should have given more background on Rohani on that DVD. He comes from a family of amazing musicians. His older brother is a great pianist that play with the same flavor of yanni. The two of them together could do some serious damage!
