they haven't released the memory specs... so you cant really say if it won't have enough space for HD movies... and where can you get HD movies anyways, its mostly for shows now. btw, im keeping it legit.
my opinion is the microsoft got the ipod touch put radio and oled screen on and is selling it. apple makes the ipod microsoft makes zune. sony makes playstaion microsoft makes xbox
Don't knock it to you try it. I love my Zune pass service. And the New Zune HD will be able stream music as well as movies from Zune Market place/ XBOX Live. I think it will breath new life into Microsoft Zune platform.
but remember the camera on it isnt suppose to be the best out there, its a convienient camera incase you find something you wanna take a pic of. and the quality isnt that bad better then no cam

ill be getting one and the ipod touch third generation will just be the 3GS without the phone
also the camera is pretty crappy on the 3GS which the touch will probably have the same camera
