@synndarella they are actually poi flags, not flags, so they do have handles which really helps! i have a newer set that looks even better (performance set, not flags). i do make and sell them -- you can check that out on line at tinyurl daught com slash ggflagpoi. :)

curious does the flag give drag like does it make the swing feel heavy?

i just commented in the other thread & i'll add this. i've been weighting them a bit differently lately to really make them feel good. the weight depends on how much drag is on the fabric. i have some flags with way more drag than others; lately i've been going with really lightweight material (pretty and not as durable) that looks awesome and feels much faster. I like my poi fast and smooth, so if i'm using it, it's fairly low drag -- sometimes not *enough* weight for others. I sell/sell them.
