Dude, the PS3 took longer to come out and I don't think it is a worth-it system considering that the online is much worse because of how stupidly long it takes to load anything on the PS3. They have to save 2 copies of your disc onto the hard drive when you play it so that the laser doesn't have to travel so far. I doubt anyone really needs blueray anyways if most people have DVD players. Xbox360 kills PS3 in many many different ways.

Viva Pinata, Gears of War, Chromehounds, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Too Human, Enchanted Arms, 99 Nights, Saint's Row, and yes, Halo 3. You failed to mention online game play where Xbox Live on the 360 blows away any other online game service by so much it's not even a comparison. Sony and Nintendo have a lot of work to do in that department to even come close. Plus the Marketplace where you can DL game demos and trailers for free all in HD of course. You didn't mention Final Fantasy or Oblivion either MMORPG and RPG respectivley. But PS3 will likely be badass as the 360 ALREADY is, other than that whole online thing.

Most MS titles that are getting huge publicity are all 1st person shooters, action, or racing games. Plus if you really want to start talking fanyboys lets not forget what really gives the 360 its edge in terms of games is the fanboy base for Halo. Otherwise without Halo I don't think MS would be in any kind of different position from how Nintendo was in the last console race.

Keep in mind in the end it really has nothing to do with the technological capability of a systems but what games are availible on the system for certain ages and game prefferences. In the end if you really look at it from an all around standpoint both Nintendo and Playstation have Microsoft beat by miles in that department. Like I've aleady said too many MS titles have high ratings and there really is a lack of variety of the games.

Lets put it this way, its not just a fanboy thing. The major problem with MS is that their machines will never been meant for the masses because far too many of their games are T or M rated. Its not a console that is meant for the average family which tends to make up a huge lot of the retail market. For platforms like Nintendo and Playstation they have highly varied games for all ages which makes it perfect for any household.
