  • thanks for this video! i just finished a 7 ft. scarf using this pattern! thanks!

  • This video did help me find a new pattern!!! Ya

  • It just looks so loose when I do it like it isn't going to turn out well

  • I am craft incompetent

  • this video was so helpful

  • How many yards of yarn do I need to make a scarf? I want it kind of long, like to my hips so I can wrap it around my neck. This video rocks! Thank you

  • this was so helpful!!

    thank you :) :)

  • So glad I came upon this video! It is a very helpful video! Do you have a video on adding fringes to the ends of the scarves? If you don't, would the process be very difficult?

  • I also have a Innovation knitting mashine i got for xmas last year from my boy friend do u know of any good you Tube veidos that i watch haveing trouble how to start it so i have not made any thing on yet it just stuck on the side of my sofe not being used thxs

  • what i get confused about is at the end of the last peg on how to wrap it can u help me by explainlng it typing plz thx love ur videos

  • I always smile when you say Lucy Goosey xx

  • how many pegs do i use to make my scarf 6"inches.

  • @fearn111805 i would measure how many pegs equal 6 inches then I would add one or two more pegs to that due to shrinkage when you take the project off the loom.......hope that helps cathy @ mikeys helpdesk..... :)

  • I am making a rifle sling with multiple colours etc. of reflective and blaze orange paracord. My mum taught me to knit with needles, and I've never used a loom before. Next project is to make it non slip

  • Thank you for this. By far the best online tutorial I've seen; I just could NOT get that little fiddly 'straight across' bit at the ends. Your enthusiasm and clear explanations are wonderful!

  • Looming is not knitting. I know you all say it is, but it's not. I am a hand knitter and am thought I would learn the looms to be able to make more and sell more at my stores. It's just not the same, doesn't look or feel the same. It's just not knitting!

  • what type of yarn are u using i bought red heart light and lofty yarn but its so fuzzy

its hard to work with?its super bulky 6 is that to bulky? i am new to doing this this is my first scarf,by the way your videos are the best and easiest to follow please do not stop posting. Rebecca

  • @beckyg1957 it might be easier for you to try using a 4ply worsted weight yarn like redheart super saver yarn to learn with and then move on to using the bulky fuzzy stuff that 5-6 ply! you can even use two strings of the 4ply together at the same time for thickness if you want to!

good luck....chanel from mikeys helpdesk... :)

  • just purchased a loom and your instructiions look very easy Thank you for sharing.

  • I just bought a loom kit and although I've gotten pretty good at making hats, I have had a hard time understanding instructions for the recangle looms. This video cleard up all of my questions. Thank you so much! Now I can make a scarf before it starts getting cold out.

  • you should look up the innovations knitting machine....i think you would be fascinated.....mine is comming in the mail soon....( there are vids for it)

  • I have never done this before and would love to learn. Could you tell me what materials that I need to buy and what is the easiest project to start off with?

  • loom, some 3 ply or 4 ply yarn. The loom kits come with a hook. and the desire to want to create amazing things... it's like crochet... just a hook and yarn.

  • would you say that doing projects with the loom is easier than crochet. i just learned how to crochet and i have got some of the technique down, but would love to learn more with both loom and crochet.
