Dust storms started in middle east in 2003 and after then in Asia & it has begun in Australia last couple years. From time to time you will see sandy storm in US. I think this is because of global warming and there more climate changes are coming on the world

This is normal this time of year. I grew up in New Mexico and sometimes a dust storm would last several days.I have seen people litteraly sweep dust off their lawns after a 2 - 3 day duststorm and sometimes cars would be seen sandblasted down to the bare shiny meta after sitting for several daysl. I walked to school with the sand scraping my skin; strong pockets of wind would make the girls scream.
