ok so first of all i sat here and did my make-up the way you did as you were doing it and it worked perfectly. my eyes pop very well(blue). um i definately think you should start a blog! and the brush is an eyeliner brush. very good for useing eyes shadows for an eyeliner instead of eyeliner.
