  • 1 person listens to scream-o

  • IIRC, this was their first single and they released it as a 45... later it was on their first LP (the one released in England only....)

  • I shit my shorts the first time I heard Under The Blade on a tape that I found at the local pawn shop. I'll be honest, I thought I was getting it as a "joke." Well the only "joke" was on myself. Once I pulled my head outta my ass (it didn't take long) I soon realized that this was one of the most baddest ass pieces of music that I had ever heard. This one has and will stand the TEST OF TIME>

  • @redshaftedflicker I agree this song should have been right up there with the others

  • My all time fav TS song!!

  • This song is awesome!! the 80's was the peak of western music. It's been all down hill since then, even though it's leveled out on its way down a few times, but it keeps plunging down.

  • @xTkAx

I'll buy that 1982-85 was a peak. The late 80's were crap-tacular, for the most part.

  • @TheMetalChefOnline I fully agree with you. Sometimes i think George Orwell's 1984 story actually started to take effect around then, hence the downhill since then..

  • amazing

  • Which album is this from? I can play along this video with my guitar just fine, but when I try to play along the "Under the Blade" album version it sounds kinda weird.

  • @Jehutyde

I don't know if this was on a regular Studio Album, but this Version can be found on "Big Hits and Nasty Cuts".

  • @95holydiver Thanks a lot.

  • @95holydiver yes, it's a great cd too ! sounds awesome crankin in your vehicle too !

  • @Jehutyde i think it was on the first release of under the blade in '82.. the second release was in 85. but im not sure if they re recorded the tracks in the studio in 85.

  • @CaptainHowdy71 I am pretty sure this version is from the 85 under the blade lp

  • @XJT1972X prolly is. i havent listened to my records in some time.

  • Twisted Sister ♥4ever♥

  • @95holydiver I think it was criticized for sadomasochism

  • One of the greatest tracks indeed by "Dee Snider" .-)

  • @95holydiver No, Under the blade was bondage and rape xD

  • SHOOT THEM DOWN WITH A FUCKIN' GUN!

  • amazing

  • 1 person got shot down!

  • One of their most rockin tunes!! You gotta just rock out!!!

  • Now THIS is a great rock song. Sister is so underrated as a band...once you got past the radio-friendly anthems they had some really bad ass music!

  • @beerjitsu exactly!

  • @hippolyte90 that congressional hearing was a joke, they had already made up their minds long before Snider got up there.

  • @Sinthalastrum I know. At least two of the PMRC women had husbands in the comittee.

  • @hippolyte90 I figured it was something like that, and they wonder why the youth doesn't respect authority. Why it is we crave this stuff? It's because we still care about freedom and justice. Fuck Tipper and all stuffy old people for that matter.

  • Its funny how people are suprised that they have more than two songs.

  • badass

  • grande twisted sister

  • thx

  • shoot em down, shoot em down, shoot em down to the ground!!!!

  • @happyzipi god damn i miss the 80 good music and good drugs!

  • great! song but get rid of the make up!!

  • @Zyvex10 they got rid of it a couple of years ago!
