There do is a rule for serve.

12.4.1 The ball shall be hit with one hand or any part of the arm after being

tossed or released from the hand(s).

There are no set rules on how a ball is served. In receiving a ball you can also receive the ball with your head. I have personally done this in both USA club team and in Mexico with my USA coach. They did it too first.

Im pretty sure this is a allstar game, so even though its still a game, they fool around a lot and just have fun. So thats why no one cares that she served this way.

@n6ikos In venezuela this is a sport for gym classes and generally for girls. Things like this make the sport be disregarded. Just like soccer in US.

Since Im in poland I've learned to appreciate it :). But I do miss a lot a good baseball match ;)

@zellbest That's why she used her foot to serve. But, it is not counted as a serve because she didn't used her hand. :D

@zellbest libero's can serve in pretty much any form of volleyball except for club ball.
