The problem with Ron Paul, is that he thinks that all wars are Americans doing.

It's a U2 video supporting Ron Paul. Is that so aweful or hard that you must lie? I'm pretty sure Ron Paul would not view this as honorable. Newt who believes that he should have the right to assassinate (murder) any American Citizen. The Germans followed Hitler because they were afraid that if they resisted they would be murdered or assassinated. Polls are a popularity contest. Only a twelve year old would judge the merit of political candidates from the televised and tabloid media and only a three year old would believe that anything the candidates say is anything but ostensible.
It's just unfortunate that Ron Paul has to endear this process to appease ignorant and impressionable Americans, who like battered wives, praise those who punish them.

There is no getting through to him. I'd imagine most of his supporters are the same way. The love the Patriot Act, and it's so called protection it gives us.
