It's Ironic that this person thinks he is above the law. He is only surpose to use his permit only in the area that the permit prescribes!

That is true, forgot to mention that.
I would call the fire department, if there ever was a real fire this guy would of had his windows smashed and the fire hose going through his car.
I spoke to the Chief at the nearest Fire Department on 14th bet 1st and 2nd, he said they can issue a summons but would not do so for an off duty officer.
Unfortunately, It will take a real fire to change that Fire Chiefs mind!
It would really be a shame if someone has to get hurt in order for that chief to reconsider!
