If anyone catches a Nincada, have at least one pokeball in your bag, and one spot open on your team. Keeping it at those standards, evolve nincada. Of course you'll have a Ninjask, but you also get Shedinja. Shedinja will have the same stats, and it'll say it was caught in the same pokeball you caught Nincada in.

I would have chosen to keep curse, it is like bulk up in that it raises both attack and defense, it just lowers speed, but Torkoal doesn't have much of that to begin with.
