I use to practice farm here before Factions and Nightfall and remembered making OK money. I've just gone and farmed this area, however, in HM and NM after reading the comments here. In HM (OQMT0yoKVSpA8ZHEqQeItwfYkAA) I was getting lots of Horns and Hides (8g ea.) and 100-130g drops. I managed to pull a couple purples, a gold Blood staff (sold to vendor for 136g). so, a little less than 2.5k for about 20 minutes of farming. In contrast, when I played in NM (OQIUEV5VT8FzWpU138luBgrA)

it only took about 9 minutes for the whole run. I got many horns and hides again, but the gold was only around 25-40 per kill. I picked up a few purple items, but was shocked when one dropped a black dye! I know they dyes are random, but thought I'd let you guys know that no, this is not nearly as good as farming UW or anywhere else further in the game, but not too bad for an easy run. In Normal I made about 900g in about 9 minutes. I would imagine if someone cared to go at it for a

Now there are better and faster ways of getting gold i gw than solo farming.

And if u talk about this area I would say its still good area for farming but in HM coz there are lots of easy farmable mobs wich can

But, generally SOLO farming is not so lucrative as before, farming in general lost its purpose after that update...now there are other ways of getting money...I dont know how long u play gw but it seems not long enough to know how it was before.SOLO FARMING JUST LOST ITS PURPOSE IN GW u get same amount of items either u go alone or with others...in all areas.

actually this still works...i use r/w builds to farm HM all the time, its really easy to farm any melee mobs with a build like this. You can use axes with cyclone axe, or hammer with yeti smash and crude swing, or sword with the riposte skills. It's really flexible and the main components of working the build are:

Lightning Reflexes

Gladiator's Defense

Shield Stance

With 9 tactics, 14 expertise and the rest in sword/hammer/axe mastery.
